Vacation rentals with lake access in Georgetown

We had an amazing time staying at Jacquie’s place. She was extremely proactive in reaching out and clear with instructions. The space was clean and comfortable and a great location. We absolutely loved the area - it felt like something out of a Hallmark movie this time of year. Highly recommend. We’d come back and stay here again

the place was beautiful !! took all my friends to colorado for the first time and they loved the stay and area! We did receive a message that we were being loud after the first night but honestly unsure when we were besides leaving to see the stars in the middle of the night. Would not recommend for big gatherings since houses are very close to one another. Other than that, it was exceptional!

Wonderful home with better views! We spent a long family weekend here and there was plenty of space to be comfortable with 6 adults and two under four. Shana was a great host and responded within minutes if not seconds the few times we needed some assistance. Would happily visit again

Family of 5 with 3 young boys, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! There's so much to do on the property - we took advantage of fly fishing, canoeing, kayaking. And you're right on the edge of the Rocky Mtn National Park so there's endless hiking! It's also easy to get to downtown Grand Lake which has great restaurants! If you plan to cook, pick up groceries at the main grocery store in Granby, because Grand Lake store is small, limited, and expensive. We feel this cabin is equipped with everything you would need to enjoy your stay, it's very well stocked with extra bedding, towels and tp. It's basic, which I appreciate. And it's very cozy; we loved having fires in the cabin. We would definitely recommend staying at Tracee's cabin!

This was the PERFECT Airbnb for my first trip to Colorado. Everything about Still Water Luxe was a 10/10. The wooden ceilings were definitely my favorite part, but the amenities within the Airbnb were out of this world. Tubing, Kayaks, fire pit, plenty of board games, sauna, I could go on and on. This place is perfect for a family or group of friends that is looking to enjoy some quality time with each other in Colorado. The location was great as well, only 45-50 minutes from Denver, driving distance to Breckenridge, Estes Park, Vail. Communication with both Daniel and Jenny was great, very helpful and answered any questions that I had. I highly recommend and will be back!

The place was small, old & quirky; just like Leadville itself. I don't exactly, but more than a century old. Small living room, small closed off kitchen, and 2 small bedrooms, up a small set of stairs. If you have a child, this is not the place for you. However, there aren't many good options in Leadville. The house was pretty small, but clean and cozy. The stairs up to the 2 bedrooms are very steep and each flight is a slightly different heigh, so beware if you are a tall person or have young children using them at night. The bedrooms are also very small, but we were able to fit a family of three (2 adults in the queen bed and 1 toddler on the floor) by getting creative with rearranging the furniture. The kitchen and bathroom are downstairs and next to each other and were well stocked with amenities. Overall, the house was cozy for 4 adults and 1 toddler for 2 nights. We enjoyed getting a taste of Leadville and will be back next year!

Stayed over the weekend for my birthday, Girls getaway. Everything was very nice and clean, We did the hot tub and just stayed in and relaxed, what the 4 of us girls needed. The fox came to the door a few nights then went away after he or she seen that we wouldn't open the door. Lol. I will surly book this airbnb again. Next time it will have to be in the summer or fall. But it helped us just to relax all weekend, no pets, no grandkids, or grown up kids to deal with. Had a great birthday.

This was our second stay and both times were wonderful. Even though the quarters are above their garage, you are given complete privacy. Cynthia is quick to relay information and respond to inquiries, but we saw no one during our stay which was most appreciated. We will definitely be back for another stay:)!

Place was exactly as described. Close to shops and other towns. Nicholas offered recommendations. Perfect little getaway for our family.

Great place in a beautiful location! Convenient to multiple ski resorts, with a great town setting with shopping and restaurants. Very homey and comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Can’t say enough nice things. I loved Ira’s place, and it was the perfect stay for me in Frisco. Very clean, comfortable bed, walkable to Main St, gorgeous surroundings, and the kindest hosts. I would gladly stay here again and recommend this sweet airbnb to anyone.

We had a great stay here. We loved being close to the bus stop to get to Beaver Creek skiing, though with two young kids, we ended up driving (what would have been a pretty short walk) to the $13 pay lot across from the apartment. It was also close enough to get a day in skiing Vail as well so we could maximize our quick trip. Easy to use the code for the door. Easy check out instructions. Would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay in Maria and Gary’s basement apartment! Their place was beautiful and the location was perfect! We enjoyed many walks around the lake and restaurants and visiting with family! Maria provided welcome snacks, wine, and drinks! We enjoyed all of it. Thank you Maria!

Amy's place was the perfect Avon base camp. Overlooking Nottingham lake was peaceful and quiet. The space was perfect for our dog, and the two of us. Downtown was quick walking distance and close to the highway for trips around the valley.
