Christy was a pleasure to rent from. She was flexible and communicated very promptly and clearly. The house was extremely well stocked with everything we needed for our family of four + our small dog. Great location in town close to everything and private since the house is at the end of a dead end road surrounded by nature.

Truly one of the nicest homes I have had the privilege of staying in. It was decorated so well I felt as if it was straight out of Southern Living magazine. The home was super clean with all the amenities and conveniences anyone could possibly want. Bedrooms were beautifully decorated with comfortable rooms (dark at night) and beds. Very homey with a fantastic back porch for relaxing. Awesome location on a golf course and very close to enjoyable walking and biking trails. We highly recommend for everyone to check this place out if staying in Northwest Arkansas.

Loved David’s place, location was perfect for walking to restaurants,bars and downtown square. Great location for Mountain biking also. We only used the car once in 10 days. The house is well setup and very spacious, everything you need to have a great stay. The house was very comfortable and felt like home. The garage is the best part if you are a cyclist. Big clean two car garage. We will be back here soon and hopefully get the same place.

Pleasant to deal with and her houses are great. Could of used more towels but we made it work so we didnt have to bother her.

Great place!! Comfortable and relaxing!! Cute patio, but we couldn’t enjoy it because of all the snow in the NW. Fit all of our needs!! 🤓

We come here year after year and have the most wonderful time with our family. It's not hard to unplug and escape from busy day to day life out in the secluded property on Beaver Lake!!

It was fantastic from beginning to end! Easy check-in & check- out. The house was beautiful, extremely clean, and spacious. The host thought of everything including making your pets welcome. She had feeding bowls, toys, for cats & dogs, even sweaters for small to medium size dogs. Plenty of extra surprises like a box of very nice teas. We had everything we needed for our family of 6 people. The master bedroom bed was amazing. It was so comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to feel at home and not have to worry about anything once they get there!

We went to visit our two kids at the University of Arkansas and just got tired of staying at over priced hotels in the area. I saw this listing and thought it was perfect in case the weather was bad, and that was the case one day but we had the pool table and other amenities that made the trip a very enjoyable. We got to be by the lake on Sunday and it was private and the views were amazing. Thanks for a great weekend.

My family and I stayed here for our Thanksgiving and we throughly enjoyed our stay! Suzette was very responsive and we had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms as well as lots of games to play. There was plenty of room for everyone including another twin bunk bed upstairs and the pull out couch. The area was very peaceful and secluded. Would recommend staying at Suzette’s!

Lisa the host was amazing. We wanted rest and relaxation and got exactly that!!! The wildlife running around morning and night was an added bonus. Lots of deer, raccoons and the most beautiful Fox. I will definitely book again.

Had the best Galentine’s trip here! The Airbnb was perfect—so cozy, with an amazing view, and everything we needed to cook. Loved the little guest book to leave notes in, such a cute idea! And the shower? Next level. Already talking about coming back in a few months!

This house is located in the most peaceful area. The view from the back deck is absolutely beautiful and very private. The house was clean, comfortable, and cozy. Sonja was easy to communicate with, resolving an issue we ran into quickly. I desperately needed a peaceful week in the woods. This is the perfect place to hide from the world for a little while.
