Monthly Rentals in General Santos City

The place was very nice! Cold aircon and water heater was working! WiFi was the fastest I’ve used in my entire stay in gensan. About 300-400mbps Place is big enough to host 6 people or more Location was far from city center. Will stay here again 😁

overall good stay, host was accomodating and friendly. the place was also clean, quiet, and private. list of amenities needs to be updated would definitely want to go back

We loved our stay at Bahay ni Mommy — it set a high standard! The house was great and had wonderful amenities, including a large TV and very effective air conditioning. The housekeepers were also very polite and helpful. We felt very safe and comfortable, and were still close enough to catch a tricy anywhere we wanted. We wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Kim was such a great host! House was very affordable and very clean! It was even well stocked and we were able to cook for the week during our stay! My definite go to place to stay in Gensan.
