Mr. Ahmet welcomed us with gulery and sincerely. The house was located overlooking the sea and within walking distance to Akcagerme beach. It was easy to reach the center of Kaş and other beautiful beaches of Kaş by car. The house had all the necessary items for a house. Household items were new and tidy. It met our expectations. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Kasta.

First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Melek for her very quick communication. We were guests as 2 families. We were greeted by her parents and we really felt at home:) There was a large environment where they would move comfortably, especially for our young children, both inside the house and in the garden of the house. In summary, the cleaning order was very good, thank you very much for your efforts:)

Great place to stay. Spacious appartment for two, quietly attached to the bigger villa, separate everything. Location is a killer - away for the crowd. Beautifully furnished, fresh and modern. Appliances are top notch. No problems at all. Very satisfying experience.

Great stay!! The apartment is new, clean and well-equipped. Each bedroom has its own shower room with WC. There is an extra toilet. The kitchen has a washing machine and dishwasher. Host is responsive and very friendly! Recommended.

It is a spotless, sparkling clean house in every aspect, and a living environment has been created with more than enough to meet all needs. There's nothing short of it, we've come across more. Located on the main road, very close to Bim and Migros grocery needs. In addition to the sea view, Kalkan and Kaş plans are provided for 10-15 minutes. It was a very, very enjoyable stay as a family. We rented a house for a week. Located in the mountains. Very clean air. The house is fenced, no one sees you. There is soft green grass on the territory, a clean swimming pool, a grill area, sunbeds and a swing. The house is clean and stylish, lots of dishes, there is a dishwasher and oven. Each room is air-conditioned. Everything was great, clean. Thank you for your hospitality, helpful host and his father. We will definitely come back again. There is a beautiful landscape around the house. A comfortable stay . ❤️

Completely private pool area, no one can see. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. There are lots of restaurants that deliver directly to the place but you need to call and check. The villa is quite nice with lots of free space available, suits well for large families.

We like to have constant cultural and nature holidays as a family. We weren't a little suspicious when we saw this place on Airbnb. We couldn't believe he'd give such a villa to a suitable fee, but we trusted airbnb. Then we had a few questions for Mr. Emin, he answered it very politely instantly. Then, when we saw the Asmali Villa with our own eyes, we realized that it was beautiful in the pictures. The sounds of birds in nature, the squirrels playing in the trees were great for the village people around. The house was spotless. They thought of everything and were complete. There were pots,pans, glasses, salt,black pepper and all of them in the kitchen. TV with huge ambilayt feature, not even in my house. The white goods are all new and Bosch marks. The beds are viscosite, the foosball table in the living room, I can't write anything. If I had this house, I wouldn't be able to cut the rental. In the end, we would like to thank Mr. Emin and Airbnb. 🙋🏻‍♂️🙏

We are very happy to stay in this house with wonderful sea mountain and valley views, where you can spend time peacefully among nature and greenery. The house was meticulously cleaned. It has its own private parking lot just below the house for your vehicle. You can also benefit from all the amenities of the fullmoon camp located right next to the house. Berk place was exactly as described, very clean, all what you think and not think in the kitchen… fully equipped house in every sense! Fully working condition air conditioner and showers, comfy beds and most importantly you feel like home without exaggeration.Berk was extremely responsive when contacted. All this is surrounded by club Patara amenities, free swimming pools, going down directly to the private swimming area with sea loungers taking the shuttle transport that the resort provides for free every 10/15mns up and down saves you the walk if you like . Amazingly clean and well looked after by a very friendly staff .overall we really enjoyed our stay at Berk’s place and I would highly recommend his place.
