Hello everyone, Ms. Derya and her family are very friendly, I felt at home, they took care of it from the first moment to the end, I would definitely recommend it. The apartment has a large balcony and a great view of the sea. They were so generous and welcoming that they offered us coffee and their own apples. Everything was very clean and tidy. We were not in crowded families, I can say that it is a blessing. If I have children in the future, I hope to come. Thanks for everything.

Whilst this is a walk from town the location is lovely with amazing views of the sea. We loved our stay and will be back

Thank you very much Apo and Sofia for the reception and the apartment provided. We really liked the apartment, it has everything you need for life and most importantly we could cook food for our child who requires special meals. For all days we felt cared for, Apo was in touch with us, gave recommendations and advice about our vacation. The interior of the apartment is very stylish, the apartment is fully furnished and there are many little things that caused a very pleasant feeling. Another important point - the hosts have strict rules about cleanliness - the apartment is very clean. Thank you for having us, we hope to come again. Ps - a balcony overlooking the city and the bay is a separate thing - we had breakfast there and with the beautiful views of the city we started our day.

The view of the house was magnificent. The location of the house was close to everywhere, it was clean and there were necessary items in a holiday house. Mr. Museyin was very interested and responded to our questions quickly. The only missing, so the ceiling of the upstairs was going to take a little, so it didn't affect us because we didn't use it much. Would I prefer it again, definitely yes

We rented a house for a week. Located in the mountains. Very clean air. The house is fenced, no one sees you. There is soft green grass on the territory, a clean swimming pool, a grill area, sunbeds and a swing. The house is clean and stylish, lots of dishes, there is a dishwasher and oven. Each room is air-conditioned. Everything was great, clean. Thank you for your hospitality, helpful host and his father. We will definitely come back again. There is a beautiful landscape around the house. A comfortable stay . ❤️

The host was extremely kind, we felt like we were at home, the house had 3 double beds to serve even 10 people, the air conditioning is enough microwave for heating, making your work very easy, very close to the markets, and the places you want to visit are also easily accessible A place where you can relax quietly, it is very suitable for its comfort, we loved the host brother, he was very nice to us, it was the best house and host we have experienced so far, you can keep it with peace of mind

The place was a palace, we’ve felt like royalty! The pool was nice, functional kitchen, AC, lots of space and a great view to enjoy it all. You need to get a car to go around Kaş, there is a parking space!

We are very happy to stay in this house with wonderful sea mountain and valley views, where you can spend time peacefully among nature and greenery. The house was meticulously cleaned. It has its own private parking lot just below the house for your vehicle. You can also benefit from all the amenities of the fullmoon camp located right next to the house. We would like to thank Mr. Okan who contacted us from the moment we made the reservation and helped with everything 🙏

If you want to be near to the village it is a great location. It was a great base if I want to stay in , plenty of areas to relax, also close to be back on an a night safely. Close to the beach, restaurant ,beach clubs , nightlife. I was aware during the day the road , which is narrow and was hardly used for cars , has got a lot busier. I walked through the back streets. The hosts were very helpful prior to going with transfer. I got into Kalkan early hours . So flexible check in. Host communicated with transfers pick up location. If you have been before you know the Turkish people will be very helpful . I wish the host a successful year 💕

We’ve looked for years to find the perfect place to stay in Kalkan & for us this was it! Right in the heart of the old town within easy walking distance of wonderful restaurants & quirky shops. It was lovely to arrive back after an amazing meal in one of the local restaurants & relax on the terrace before going to bed in one of the lovely comfy beds! The property was exactly like the pictures & there were many lovely touches. It was nice not having to shop on arrival as there were ingredients for breakfast, including bread, coffee & most importantly , wine ( not for breakfast 😂) We definitely hope to be back.

Loved our stay at Yakup’s 1 bedroom apartment! It was as described with views from its terrace of Kalkan bay. It had all the necessary facilities: kitchen had a filtered water tap so that saved on having to haul heavy water bottles back. Really comfy bed too. Visiting Sept/ Oct, the resort on where Yakup’s place is was really quiet, no problem getting sunbeds, whether it was around one of the 2 outdoor pools that were open or along the ledges directly leading to the sea. Great we could use the resort facilities for free and there was a discount for food/drink. The shuttle bus was useful if we’d have struggled with the steps up and down from the pools to the apartment, there were many which we climbed daily, That is Kalkan though! Supermarket on site if needed and, as the apartment is at the top end of the resort it made walking into Kalkan town really easy, along the old road, with amazing views too. Yakup was very communicative, great host. We’ll definitely be back!

It would be hard to find a better place to stay in Kas. We loved every aspect - the spaciousness of the apartment, the layout of rooms ( two floors, 3 double bedrooms, two bathrooms), the details (great screens to shade the rooms), the fact it felt like home and excellent instructions about the apartment and Kas from Lars. We so enjoyed our stay and recommend the apartment highly. And the outside cats and dogs!

Communicative host, easy self check in with good instructions. Comfortable, spacious and clean apartment. Everything we needed (3 adults) including washing machine, dishwasher and all facilities for cooking. Fabulous location and amazing view - layout of the apartment suits best use of the balcony/view and equally quiet and dark bedrooms. Easy walk downhill into town (haha till the walk back up) but all was great. Easy parking at the top of the street. All in all a fabulous stay, big thanks to Hatice

A very calm and cozy place with an amazing view. Onur is a very helpful and friendly host. Our stay was pleasant and comfortable.

Amazing place! Great terrace, apartment is well equipped, several beach clubs and grocery shop near by. The only downside was getting there - the instructions were not clear and local drivers could not find it. However, we would definitely return next time!
