Monthly Rentals in Gavar

Mamikons place is a cozy cabin right next to the beach of Sevan. It's in short distance to the city and the host is very kind and helpful, he even offered to drive me to the bus station. I had a very nice stay and recommend it to everybody who wants to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Sevan.

Great apartment. Very spacious. Close to all the shops and restaurants and walking distance from the lake. Very well stocked with everything you can want and more in the kitchen. Internet is fast and reliable. Karen is a great host who communicates well and adds a personal touch. The armenian sweets and fresh fruit on arrival was super.

My partner and I decided to stay at Lusine's place for the beautiful natural surroundings, it's close proximity to historical monuments and its relaxing atmosphere. It was an ideal place for use to create our artworks, cook and enjoy the fruits from the garden, whilst still being only a 45 minutes taxi ride from Yerevan (which is not expensive if you want to spend a day in the city). We were very happy with this location and would love to experience the surroundings in spring time. Highly recommended 👌
