Ski-in/Ski-out vacation rentals in Garmisch-Partenkirchen

We spent a few days at Sofia's farm during the (Lower Saxony) Easter holidays and felt super comfortable. Sofia greeted us personally and showed us the beautiful apartment. We were able to get fresh eggs from the chickens running around the farmyard outdoors as well as very delicious apple juice from local orchards from the nearby area of Lenggries. The apartment is housed in an outbuilding on the property, so you can have a very private vacation but, if necessary and at your own request, you can also be involved in the farm life with its residents (Sofia's family with adult daughters and very friendly husband) and have nice contact with interesting conversations. We sat on the beautiful balcony every evening and enjoyed the fantastic view of the nearby Alps (it was already very warm in Bavaria during our stay before Easter). Thank you, Sofia, we will be happy to come back!

Cristina is a very friendly and supportive host, who always responded very quickly to the communication. Check-in was very easy and straightforward. Liked the stay, that was sufficient for my family. The surroundings are calm and peaceful away from the buzz of the city, however with good transport options. Will definitely recommend the stay for anyone who wants to visit Tyrol around Innsbruck.

Very nice and above all huge place to stay. Tina is a super nice and friendly host. We felt directly welcome and in good hands. The kitchen is well equipped, there are two bathrooms (whereby the temperature of one of the two showers is difficult to regulate), two separate toilets, a cozy living room and 4 bedrooms. We were there for skiing at Hochötz, which was completely straightforward: the ski bus stops right outside the door and in the entrance area there are ways to dry everything. I can only recommend it!

Highly recommended. The house was the perfect size for myself, wife, two teenage daughters, and two dogs. It’s surrounded by picturesque views and located near beautiful walking trails, including one that leads up to a stunning waterfall. There are several good Italian restaurants within a five-minute drive. Garmisch and Oberau are both only ten-minute drives away. The host, Maximillian, was very responsive. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we visit.

Dear Regine and Bernhard and (you own the accommodation Zottlhof) and Berni(contact with Regina and Berhard), You were very friendly hosts to us. You also welcomed us in a very friendly way. Everything explains what is where. The apartment is very clean. We were there with our two sons. Not only to them, but also us parents, nature as well as the Scottish highland cattle provided a beautiful experience. Regina's homemade herbal liqueur was very tasty. Among other things, you offer even more experiences: you have a small cinema,in winter you offer snow tours, and much more. Regina was always eager to know if everything was okay or if we needed anything else. They are very warm-hearted hosts. We as a family highly recommend you☺️. My husband and I stayed for less than 2 weeks in July and felt very comfortable in the apartment. The hosts are very friendly and gave us the key upon arrival and showed and explained everything (e.g. TV, garbage separation,...). The apartment is large and cozy, clean and very well appointed. There were plenty of dishes and cutlery (not in many accommodations), a large fridge and even a dishwasher. The Italian coffee machine was also great, the capsules for it were also provided by the landlord. Two good restaurants are within walking distance (each 10 min away), everything else is very accessible by car in a short time. Shopping facilities such as Hofer and Spar (the spar in the neighboring village is even open on Sundays from 9 am to 2 pm). We spent the holidays versatile, were hiking, swimming (in the village of Stumm there is a great outdoor swimming pool), golfing (including a great place in Pertisau), on a city tour,...

Beautiful 2ZKB apartment with surrounding balcony and great view to the mountains. The gondola lift , restaurants, and shops are within walking distance. The apartment is centrally located yet quiet. The host is very friendly and accommodating.

The apartment was very clean. Josef was always quick to respond to requests. We received helpful information about bakery, excursion destinations, etc. We particularly liked the balcony with cozy seating. At first sight, the apartment does not seem very cheap, but Garmisch is a very tourist destination and therefore quite expensive. In comparison, we still stayed cheaply.

What a great house this is! We enjoyed! Lovely house, everything you need is there, beautiful garden and surroundings. Furthermore, our host helped us very well when it turned out that we had to go to the hospital unexpectedly. For which our big thank you🙏! You are about 40 minutes from Kühtai, where a great ski slope awaits you. More for the already somewhat experienced skiers. In short: this house, the beautiful surroundings and the incredible kindness of Kristin, makes this a place where we would like to come back.

We were there as a family with another family. The stay was overall very nice. The chalet is quite high up, so the view of the valley was fantastic. The sauna invites you to relax, which we also used. However, it was unfortunate that the children were not allowed in here. It was also great that you can get directly on a (black) slope for winter sports after about a 5-minute walk. If you reach the end of the slopes, you can then hop on the ski bus and drive to the nearest ski resort after a short walk. Otherwise, the place was clean and exactly as described in the listing. Many thanks to the hosts!

Waltraud is an excellent host. She goes out of her way for the well-being of the guests. We felt very comfortable and were able to reach everything from the apartment. We give Waltraud 5/5 stars and will be happy to come back!

a wonderful place to stay, we loved Sophia's cabin and the campsite. The cabin was comfortable and contained everything we needed. it's an ideal place to stay with children, conformable beds and well provisioned kitchen. The area is beautiful. The campsite has a lovely swimming pool, amazing playground, fantastic restaurants. We hope to be back again soon! The cabin is super nicely located between a few trees on the northwest slope. Perfect for spending a few quiet days in the mountains. Andreas was a super friendly and helpful host. We'd love to come back!

Super cute cottage. Very clean. We had no personal contact with Cor Ort to Roberto, but everything still worked smoothly. Highly recommended if you want to go hiking in Leutasch and the surrounding area. We were also allowed to take our dog with us. Perfect for relaxing.

We spent three nights in this beautiful cabin and were completely delighted. The place was clean, cozy and equipped with everything you might need. The location in the middle of the mountains was fantastic – perfect for enjoying nature and unwinding. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, they answered all questions quickly before we arrived. The cabin was lovingly furnished, and you noticed that every detail was taken care of here. We particularly liked the spacious terrace with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. We would recommend this place anytime and look forward to our next visit! Super nice and new accommodation, the location on the mountain and the views are fantastic. The place was extremely clean. There is even the possibility to wash laundry and play billiards in the playroom. All in all, a top place to stay. Birgit is extremely friendly, accommodating and gave us helpful tips for skiing! We would come back any time!
