The vacation home is new, stylish and very cozy, with fine materials, such as oak herringbone parquet, natural stone, high-quality textiles and box-spring beds. It has two small kitchenettes with upholstered seating area, two living rooms with 2 comfortable sofa beds each, 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, 4 of which have natural stone shower, green, furnished southwest terrace and 2 balconies.

We had a lovely Easter weekend with the family in Bad Tölz. The vacation home is a small but very cozy and clean. The place was just as described. It should only be mentioned that all bedrooms are only separated with towels and no doors - but this was no problem for us as a family. Pia & Ferdinand were always helpful with questions in advance and also during the stay you sent lovely tips for exploring the area. The little cute cottage is definitely recommended by us 😊

We arrived and were all immediately impressed! We didn't miss anything and our expectations were more than exceeded. Everything is high quality, spacious and lovingly furnished. The kitchen was also a dream and equipped with everything. The bathroom was also extremely luxurious, rounded off with the sauna, to spend a relaxing wellness weekend. The hosts were always easily accessible and provided us with all the necessary information. I'm sure we'll be back!!

Check-in and check-out was great, key is picked up/ dropped off in another house in safes. Due to the Bad-Hindelang Plus map, the ski pass and other activities are free. The apartment is very clean and very cozily furnished, it is equipped with all important things + underground parking. We felt very comfortable.

Very clean and cozy apartment, great view of mountains and lakes and great starting point for hiking tours. Bus stop directly outside. Nevertheless, if possible, it is recommended to arrive with your own car, as the buses do not run as often and in the evening they do not run at all.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Super central location, lots of restaurants and shopping right around the corner. Check-in with Lucia was very pleasant and straightforward. She gave us many tips (which we could use well in the rather moderate weather:)). We can highly recommend the apartment and would be happy to come back.
