Elisa was very kind and responded promptly via call and even messages. The house has a really curated and original musical-themed decor. Even a beautiful piano is available for those who know how to play it. Upon arrival I could not understand how to open the lockbox where the keys were and she immediately answered my phone, once inside the apartment she explained how to open and close the electric shutters and how to fix the heating. The house is equipped with every kitchen accessory and I also noticed a emergency kit with gauze, oxygenated water... I asked Elisa in advance if I could check out after lunch instead of in the morning at 10:00, she replied: "Certainly" and did not ask for any extras. We had a great time in this apartment, if I happen to go back to this area I will definitely be back.
