We traveled with an infant and since no one was using the place the day before, Hildur allowed us to come straight from our flight! It was so incredibly nice of them and my daughter appreciated the opportunity to catch up on some sleep. Overall, the place is beautiful, spacious, and had an incredible review. I’d recommend this AirBnb to anyone!

This place is warm and cozy and it’s a short drive to downtown. There’s a lot of space for 4 of us to hangout and the neighborhood is quiet and clean.

Hroar was very responsive and helpful. They checked in on our stay and gave helpful tips of stuff to see specifically for the holidays as well as general recs. Lina the cat was so sweet and cuddly immediately and was such a treat to stay with. The place was immaculate and modern. It’s a short drive to the grocery and other shops and just over 15 min to the city. Would definitely reccomend and stay again!

This was a perfect place to stay!It is a roomy apartment, very clean with everything we needed. It is easy to feel right at home. Karen is a wonderful host. She was very proactive in advance of our arrival and so very helpful once we were in the apartment. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Had a great sledging, hot-tubbing, northern light watching, sauna-baking, fire lighting, food eating, and wine drinking time at this peaceful house in tranquil nature. Wish we could have stayed longer. Plenty of room for our 4 adults, 4 kids setup.

Drifa’s home was lovely. The neighbourhood is set outside central Reykjavik and the walk into town is about 25 minutes. It is right next to the sea. It was snowing when we stayed and was in between Christmas and New Year. Everything looked so pretty with the Christmas lights. Beds are comfy, it is quiet at night, feels totally safe. Clean, spacious and homely for my family of 5.

We loved our stay here. Brilliant location in a beautiful town. The penthouse had lovely views of the town and particularly of the spectacular NYE fireworks. Free and easily accessible parking at the back was super helpful. The area is quiet, which was great for us as we were driving out each day to visit various sites. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Really love Helga’s apartment. It’s very convenient to walk or drive to the center of Reykjavik and the space of the whole apartment is very large. A very safe apartment. Would choose it again if visited Iceland in the future.

Maja and Gunnar were fantastic hosts during our stay in Iceland. Their home is clean, spacious and very comfortable. We were within walking distance to most of what we wanted to do / see in Reykjavik. They were very hospitable and responsive hosts who accommodated us very thoughtfully!

A beautiful apartment that looks just like the photos! Comfy beds, spacious living room, well-stocked and modern kitchen. And super close to the downtown, many parks, and coastline. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Great location and very friendly hosts

The place was even nicer than the pictures, so cosy, and location was handy for an easy walk into the town. The host was very friendly and responsive. Had a great weekend.

This place is located near Costco gasoline and grocery stores, which was nice because I went on several road trips to explore. You do have to be respectful of the hosts personal belongings, but we normally do not unpack our clothing, so it wasn’t a problem for us. The kitchen was mostly clean besides the oven and microwave. It had all the utensils needed to cook. The couch and TV set up was nice after a long day driving!

We had a wonderful time in this cozy apartment. It was a nice location to be outside the city but have easy access to main roads and shops. We chose this place as it was walking distance to our friends' house. Heba's decor is very pleasing and the kitchen had everything we needed. The space is well designed for relaxation and practicality. It was easy to park our rental car in the driveway.

Olafur lists his response time as 11 hours, but he was usually much quicker than that. His was a nice place accessible to many restaurants and not far from the downtown area. Quiet at night, lots of parking, a great home away from home.

Eythor’s home is beautiful! 🤩. Love the artwork and decorations. He was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and very quick to respond. The home is located 10 minute walk to Perlan Museum in a quiet area with free street parking. Highly recommend!

Sigrun was such a lovely host and her place was beautiful. It was so nicely decorated for the holidays. It is very conveniently located near the church, which was wonderful for the New Year’s fireworks. Every possible comfort was provided for and everything was in wonderful condition . The furnishings were very elegant and comfortable . She made us feel very welcome from her first message to her warm greeting , to the nice touches of coffees and candies that she left for us. I have stayed in many Airbnb‘s throughout the world and this is one of the nicest, what a wonderful way to start 2025!

Would definitely recommend anyone stay here! So cozy and in a great location.

Hannes home was just what we desired. It provided a peaceful space to unwind after a long day of touring. It is very accessible to the highways, and 15-20 minutes to Reykjavík city center. We took advantage of the local eateries near their home like Stiletto and Nings. Very importantly, Hannes gave extremely clear instructions for entry and everything in his home. (Complete with photos)! This was critical to us as we arrived in the dark and exhausted from traveling. We highly recommend Hannes and Anna’s home. They are delightful to work with, kind and gracious.
