Monthly Rentals in Gand

Just spent one night here but my family loved it and enjoyed the stay.

Very quiet and Elmar's family is incredibly nice. Elmar's son even fixed me something on the car, really very nice family. Location is very quiet, just as it says in the description.

My girlfriend and I chose this apartment in Cornaiano since it was in the middle of various South Tyrolean towns that we wanted to visit by car. From the photos we had a certain expectation and it was: clean, tidy, and with the space well organized. The covered veranda outside, electric shutters and smart heating (for those who like these types of goodies) were a really pleasant plus for me, without taking anything away from the type of apartment set up in a typical way of the place that helped in a main way to live an all-around experience, especially for those who are not used to it. Surrounding the atmosphere, the much appreciated skylights. A slightly insidious parking spot at the beginning for manoeuvres (just take your hand); for those who have a large car in case there is also a garage available. What's more? How to be in your own home, highly recommended The host: a quiet, friendly and, importantly, helpful and friendly man.

The apartment is super cozy and nicely decorated. You can do great things in the area. Even with a dog, a lot is really possible. Right next to the front door is a meadow. Only the parking is not optimal, the nearest free parking is a few minutes' walk away. What should also be noted is that right next to the apartment entrance door, a dog is kept in an outdoor winger. During the day, this barks a lot as soon as people/ dogs or cars pass by. So with a dog who responds to it, the apartment is probably not optimal. Overall, however, a clear recommendation!
