This bnb is one of the best places we've ever stayed. The personnel were extremely courteous and helped us not only for our stay with them, but also with the rest of our stay in Sri Lanka. We are already looking at staying with them in future vacations. The rooms were clean and well appointed. Air conditioning and fans both available. The grounds are beautiful and well kept and we used the pool. It was nice too. We will recommend this place to all friends looking to travel here.

Hans and the staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them , small incident and was sorted immediately by Hans. Food was very good . Very happy and would come again.

If you are looking for a great place before you leave Sri Lanka, then you have found it. The host is very friendly, and helpful. We wanted a scooter for the time we were in Negombo, and when we arrived, the scooter was waiting for us. The room is spacious, clean and very comfortable. It's quite at night so you will sleep well, and the place is very secure too. With a scooter you can get to the beach in less than 10 minutes, where there are plenty of great places to eat. If we stay in Negombo again, we will stay here, this place is amazing. Breakfast is included too.

We stayed here as we had an early morning flight then next day - great location close to the airport (20 mins by tuk tuk which can be booked for you). Christian was very helpful and the room itself was lovely and clean. Also great location close to the beach and some nice restaurants. Well worth the money!

We had a great time and Kumara and his staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and bath were really clean and the bed was comfy. The food was also really tasty! We can definitely recommend this place

Great room, with air conditioning and hot water. Large and comfortable bathroom. The room overlooks the garden, where the birds fly and the sounds of the jungle can be heard. The house is very clean. The host is an amazingly kind and sociable person who also loves to travel. Constantly treated me to all sorts of goodies. The house is located in a quiet location in a residential area, while within walking distance you can find parks, cafes, restaurants, shops and laundry’s. Also a 15-minute taxi ride is the bus station and the railway station, from which you can go anywhere in Sri Lanka. The center of Colombo is about 20-30 minutes by scooter.

He was so nice and help us with everything we need, restaurant recommendations and taxi service, the host 10/10 and the location near the airport and with van pickup service.
