Beach house vacation rentals in Galveston Seawall

This is one of the cutest beach houses on the block. It’s a very short walk to the pier with lots of dining options. The house itself has all the modern amenities like wifi, tv’s in each room and a full kitchen. It’s very cozy with two bedrooms and an open living room. The one bathroom could be coordinated without incident. Highly recommended as the neighborhood is relatively quiet and offers a front deck when relaxing at home.

We really enjoyed our stay at Vincent’s beach house. The beach is literally a few steps outside the front door. All the bedrooms and the livingroom have decks with a nice view of the beach. We stayed during Spring Break. The beach is private access so it was peaceful and was not crowded. The kids loved the hideaway spot at the top floor and made it their own little space. This place has a lot of space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a huge refrigerator. I would definitely stay again.

Everything about this house was ideal! The house felt like home, had everything you needed to be able to just relax. The deck and view were mesmerizing and the beach was a quick walk. This was the most relaxing and peaceful place we have stayed. We will come here often, thank you for providing a place for a memorable vacation!

Our stay was beautiful. We loved being right on the beach. Listening to and watching the waves from house was exactly what we wanted. We walked the beach daily. Swimming was great. Sitting on the deck with our morning cup of coffee was the perfect way to start the day. It was an easy trip into Galveston on the ferry. We ate at great restaurants and enjoyed fresh seafood. Renee was very friendly and responsive. This was the perfect place for our relaxing trip.

House is in a great location right on the beach with easy access to and from. Being able to sit out on the deck and listen to the ocean was very peaceful!

We had a very enjoyable 4 days in Taras beautiful home. Tara did a tremendous job she thought of everything that a family would need including the above ground pool/toys /beach. Very clean and relaxing. We felt very comfortable and safe. We will definitely go back.

Highly recommend staying at this beautiful place! We had a 5 day stay at this property with big family full of adults and little ones. We were able to get a full experience on this place. From convenient stores, restaurants, food trucks close-by to the beach access just seconds away. Kate was a super responsive host that had an answer to every question we had during our stay. House is fully equipped from garage access and half full of patio games, beach games, patio chairs, beach chairs, beach wagon, small kiddy pool for kids, downstairs shower to clean up after beach, full stocked kitchen with coffee machines, blenders, pots, pans, silverware, knives ect & TVs inside and outside the property! This place will not disappoint! House was very clean well maintained! Beautiful yard where all the kids had an Easter egg hunt on. By far best place we had stayed at in a very long time! Thank you Kate & Scott for having us and we will definitely be back!!! The Family LOVED your beach house!!!

Great stay for families with kids and teenagers. Lots to do and close to the beach and Pleasure Pier. Lots of common space to hang out and socialize.

We had 75 degree weather and rain for 5 days straight in July. Who would have thought?! Having the hot tub and fire pit really saved the trip for us. We did make it down to the beach each day for a couple hours but it was rainy and cool so we came back and warmed up in the hot tub. House was very clean and had a great selection of beach toys to borrow. Terrible mosquitos, but I think thats normal for the area and the amount of rain. Overall we had a nice time and would return. This was our third time staying at the Flip Flop Inn, and it remains our favorite AirBnB out of many, many that we have stayed at all over the world. We love the decor/atmosphere, and the house is simple and bright, with plenty of room for our two families of four, but still feeling like a simple house that is not stressful to manage while staying there (like some luxury rental homes can feel). The back deck is a very pleasant place to hang out and pass the time.

Highly recommend this house for your Galveston stay especially if you have a large group! Absolutely loved the open floor plan and the front balcony was amazing for the kids to play. The pool was incredible and stocked with so many pool toys for the kids. The beach is super close - even with kids who like to take their time walking - it didn't take us more than 5 minutes and we had toes in the sand! The hosts were the most responsive and helpful that I have ever experienced - you cannot go wrong with this house! We had an incredible time and would absolutely stay here (or in any of their properties) again!

We had a fantastic stay. The pool was great to have and was very private from any neighbors. The home has a lot of great dining options nearby which we enjoyed. The house was beautiful and was a great place for a family vacation.

The Beach house was the perfect place to relax and refresh after the Christmas Holidays! The living spaces and beds are comfortable and the views of the lake and beach are peaceful. The kitchen and grill were well equipped to prepare all our meals! The house is a short walk to the beach which we thoroughly enjoyed. The neighborhood is quiet. We will definitely return to enjoy another stay on Bolivar!

This house is absolutely gorgeous! We had a lovely time and it was very family friendly. The washer/dryer was broken while we stayed which was a drag because with the beach we went through quite a few towels! Lovely place to stay, excellent host!!

Great place. Tammy always responded when we needed it. They had information binders of things to do which were great for those of us who had never been to Galveston. Our only negative was the dishes and tray tables were dirty and sticky. Overall, I’d stay here every time.

The house is gorgeous and it has the most amazing views. Sunrise from the master bedroom windows was the highlight of each morning. The owners were helpful and very responsive - we had one or two small issues at checkin that they handled immediately. We loved the closet of board games! The area is quiet and there is only one grocery store but it had everything we needed. We didn’t go to any local restaurants. A few things to consider: the listing says 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. This is true but one bedroom and bathroom is in an apartment downstairs so it wouldn’t be good for kids. It is a longer walk than it appears to the beach. It was fine for me and the kids but would’ve been way too far for someone with mobility challenges. The kitchen wasn’t as stocked as I had hoped (no real glass wine glasses, only plastic, not a lot of silverware, short supply of spatulas etc). Finally, there were no amenities for the beach, no buckets or shovels, no beach towels, so pack your own.

Great location with great views and easy access to the beach. House was well organized and clean with plenty of things to do in the event of bad weather. We loved the bunk bedroom for the kids, and they enjoyed the multi-level lookouts for watching the waves crash on the beach. We really enjoyed our time at the beach and hope to make it back in the future. Great host and easy to work with.
