Monthly Rentals in Fryeburg

I absolutely loved staying at Krystin’s house. I booked the house very last minute and everything was ready to go on time. Krystin was extremely responsive to messages throughout my stay. The house is very comfortable and feels like home. The private beach is walkable from the house (and has a wonderful view even in the cold weather). When Krystin mentions that the house is well-stocked, she means it! There are as many spices and kitchen necessities as I have at my own home. I’ve pinned this property and would stay here again in the future!

The whole experience was wonderful, it definitely felt like a home away from home. Rene was very responsive and kind. The unit was very clean and modern, the bed was extremely comfortable, and it has everything that you need for a getaway. I absolutely would recommend this unit!

The home is close to everything! 7mim from Kahuna Laguna, less than an hour from Santa’s Village, and a few min from downtown. Our daughter loved seeing the Polar Express ride by the backyard and the variety of toys found in the nook beneath the stairs. The house is not updated but that’s what gives it its charm! One thing that would’ve made our experience even better (especially after a long drive) would have been having at least a couple of bottles of water and some snacks upon arrival. Nonetheless, it was a nice stay! Thank you

Everything about our stay here was wonderful! They even left some cake for us since I told Peter it was a birthday weekend. He was extremely responsive and flexible with check-in and check-out times. Super stocked kitchen and fridge which was a huge plus as well. I would 100% recommend staying here!
