Monthly Rentals in Freshwater Pond

The listing says quiet studio with a view- that is quite the understatement. The view is spectacular. Sophie and her husband were friendly and very helpful. The studio is well appointed, attractive and comfortable. It has everything you need. We absolutely loved it and plan to return one day. We enjoyed the stay and meeting Sophie and her husband. This is a gem.

We had a very nice stay at this Airbnb! It was our first time in the BVI so we were looking for somewhere relatively close to several beaches on the north coast and this area near Carrot Bay and Apple Bay was perfect for us — a nice bonus that the sunsets right at the end of the street are truly beautiful as well. Some nice restaurants in the general vicinity heading towards Long Bay as well. The Airbnb was very comfortable. Bed/pillows comfortable. Lots of space throughout. Well-stocked kitchen and bathroom area. Very easy communication throughout with the host Philicia. No problems whatsoever with checkin/out. We always rent a vehicle when traveling in the Caribbean, thus we really appreciated the easy parking spot right in front of the Airbnb as well. Thanks very much.

Breakfast tacos on the covered patio was a wonderful break from the wedding festivities at Long Bay Beach resort. Fresh flowers were a lovely greeting. The air conditioners worked quickly! We were bid goodbye by a beautiful view of a double rainbow over the bay from the upstairs bedroom balcony on our last morning. The stairs made getting to and from the resort for wedding activities a breeze. Thank you, Sophie!

I had a fantastic experience staying at Meade's property. The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Meade was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great visit, even providing local recommendations that made my trip extra special. The location was perfect, had a bay view from the balcony with easy access to a nearby local grocery store. The little touches, like a welcome gift of a local handmade Christmas novelty, being personally received at the ferry terminal and a well equipped rental car, made me feel right at home. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a quant, out in the nature, enjoyable Airbnb experience. Thank you, Meade, for your hospitality.
