Monthly Rentals in French Quarter, Charleston

John’s place was absolutely amazing and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Charleston! It was perfect stay and right in the heart of all the action but still nestled in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful back patio to spend our mornings. It truly had everything we needed and John was super responsive whenever we had a question. Thank you for a wonderful first visit to Charleston - we will definitely be back!

The King St apartment is a perfect place from which to explore Charleston's historic downtown, waterfront and neighboring Sea Islands. This apartment is bilevel with the bedroom , bathroom and walk-in closet/laundry on the upper level while the open area living room/ kitchen is on the lower. Both levels are spacious with high ceilings. This attractive apartment has exposed brick walls, lovely furnishings and a window seat runnung the length of the southwest facing windows. Watching the "passing parade" on King St from the window seat is enjoyable, and I never found noise from the street to be a problem. The kitchen is fully stocked, and Barbie & Michael are generous with the amenities. I appreciated that they supplied products needed to keep the apartment clean and laundry detergent to wash my clothes. Barbie met me at check-in and showed me the apartment. She was professional, friendly and made me feel comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Our son stayed here for a few months when he first moved to Charleston until his long term apartment was ready. Jason was as responsive and friendly and the place was just what our son needed.

Just loved my monthly stay at John’s. The place has such history & I walked & walked to see all The beautiful Halloween decorations 🎃 Already booked my month for next year, felt sad leaving because it’s so beautiful in Charleston 🌴King street was great & everything is a walk too.
