Monthly Rentals in Fréjus

Very good stay with Florian and Alexandre! The place was clean, well located, and as advertised. Alexandre was available and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I would recommend it in a second!

Boulouris is a pleasantly quiet suburb, but it has the necessary logistics (grocery store, magazine, bakery, cafes, a few restaurants, a very nice kiosk cafe on the small beach promenade with recommended ice cream). There are buses to Saint Raphaël and Agay, the train station is 300/500m away and allows excursions to Cannes, Antibes, Fréjus, Toulon etc. Blanche was on hand if there were any questions. The apartment corresponds to the photos and descriptions and is a pleasant size. The value for money is, I think, extremely fair! You can hear the street when you sit on the balcony, that's a pity, but when the window is closed it is quiet. I enjoyed the stay very much!!

We spent three weeks there and everything was spotless: the bed and sofa bed were very comfortable as well as the various pillows; the TV is wired; the washing machine, the dishwasher, the sweeper, everything was of high quality. Not visible in the photos: there is a lot of storage, including a clothing rack with lots of hangers. Note that only children can use the bunk beds as they are small but there is also storage possible in this room. The view of the marina is beautiful even in bad weather which was unfortunately our case. Yes, the French Riviera in spring can become quite gray and rainy...so it's all the more important to be well housed😉. A big plus if you don't plan a car: the rental is perfectly served by bus 01 (stop Base Nature) or shuttle C (same stop) to/from the bus station, right next to the SNCF station. One of the best rentals we've had, we really recommend it!

This villa is superb, very well equipped, easy to access and to park. Most importantly, it has magnificent views. Francesca and Matthieu are very welcoming hosts, caring and quick to respond to any questions, or help you right away if you're missing a few things… The villa is ideal because you are in your quiet corner while being very close to all amenities and of course the beach, the center, the port etc… A little gem ☀️💕
