This home is absolutely gorgeous, private and peaceful! Even better than the photos. The backyard setting with hot tub, pool and many sitting areas is so serene and secluded and even more special when the many deer pass through. The very well maintained house has lots of beds for a larger gathering but is also great for a romantic getaway. The hosts are very professional yet friendly and they seem to have thought of everything from the guests standpoint as well as their vacation rental business. Highly recommend!

Super spacious, the view was AMAZING. From the deck overlooking the river to the beautiful deer out front, such a gorgeous gem. Small touches made us feel right at home, and the heated pool was very much worth it! The pool itself was well kept and does get deep, about 6 feet! Exactly the getaway that was needed and thankfully still close to HEB, restaurants, etc. Host was super communicative and friendly. Will definitely be back!

Bringing my kids to a town very close to my heart was made even better by this beautiful home. The pool, 3 bathrooms and amazing surroundings made this the perfect place to spend a summer vacation with our family.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Swimming and sitting near the fire pit though it was warm enough not to need the fire. It was very serene. I especially loved the balcony.

I booked the home for family visiting Texas for a family event. The house is a ten minute walk to my home. A beautiful home in a gated community. Very safe. The two teenagers liked the media room and big screen tv. The kids are homeschooled and had quiet spaces to study. The outdoor patio and pool is very nice. Thank you for sharing your home.

We had a great time. Great location for Prospect House - a little bit of a trip to Austin but nothing too bad. Cookies were great and were enjoyed by everyone. Definitely a nice touch.

We throughly enjoyed our stay! The house had so much character. We loved having our morning coffee on the back patio, watching the deer wander around the property.

What a wonderful home to spend six days with our grandkids! The home was beautiful and spacious. Plenty of beds for all of us. A well equipped kitchen. The home came with special items for the kids. It was a pleasure to see and made our time there even more enjoyable. A crib, toys, high chair and kid-sized tables. The greatest pleasure was the outdoor space - patio, pool, grounds. The pool and spa were fantastic! As we left the house, my grandson said, "Bye house! I love your pool!"

We had a very delightful stay at the Mid Mod Glass House. The pictures looked great, but in reality the house was even better than we could have imagined!! The whole house was clean and orderly with modern and trendy decor. The game room was such a hit with our grandchildren as was the pool and hot tub. The back covered patio was lovely and private. The whole property was quiet and peaceful in a very nice subdivision. Matthew gave very clear instructions from the start and had excellent communication to any of our questions. If we ever find ourselves back in New Braunfels, we would 100% book this house again!

We enjoyed our stay. There were a couple of hiccups but these were resolved quickly. The area was beautiful and the house very comfortable. Easy to travel into town and shop.

We had such a wonderful stay in Wimberly at Luna Rio. From the moment we walked in the house felt so cozy and inviting. No detail was missed, the home had everything you could think of. Loved the art throughout the home. Super cozy beds, beautiful furniture + decor. Our family loved spending time in screened in porch, enjoying morning coffee up in second floor patio, relaxing in jacuzzi and my favorite were s’more’s over gas fireplace. Such a beautiful home, we will be back!

Armando was a great host and was very flexible and accommodating to our needs. The home was beautiful and peaceful, allowed our group to have a great weekend together. Great kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms provided all of us space to cook, rest and clean.

My group's stay was wonderful! The place was just as pictured and very nice. The location is close to Main and very walkable to the fun places. Our host was responsive to inquires and also proactive for an issue that arose. I would definitely stay again and would recommend it to anyone else. There are a couple steps to get in as well as within the house so just something good to know if guests have mobility issues.

Yady’s place was beautiful and in such a nice area. If you are looking for a stay near the lake I would definitely recommended! Not only was it beautiful but yady is also very flexible and understanding, I promise you won’t regret booking here.

We had a great time. The location was perfect with a great yard for our dogs. The country atmosphere is just what we were looking for! The house is very comfortable with plenty of room. The bedrooms are a little small. But this is an older home so not surprising. We really loved having a large dining table and china cabinet for Thanksgiving Day. Felt very homey 💕
