Cabin vacation rentals in Fredericksburg

The location is very private and peaceful. The cabin had everything we needed and very clean. The hot tub was fired up ready to go. Shyla (the neighbor’s dog) was a great companion. She was so sweet and guarded our little cabin. The location was easy to find and only about 5 minutes from town. Will definitely stay again.

My wife & I enjoyed finding some time outside of the city to reconnect with ourselves, each other, & nature. We explored the rocks, took in the views, & used the hot tub several times! I loved the detailed decorations & the fire pit outside. It was a peaceful & unique stay. Definitely recommend!

We loved our stay at the Woodshed! A short drive from downtown Wimberley but away from the traffic. Really enjoyed the hot tub and even watched one of the many movies they provided. The mornings were spent with our coffee on the porch. All for a great price. Debbie was very detailed with both instructions and things to do and see! We will definitely come back!

Fantastic getaway in Fredericksburg! The cabin was darling and we enjoyed saying hi to animals in the mornings. The location both to town and the Wineries off HWY 290 was perfectly in the middle. King beds were luxurious, kitchen was well equipped, and the hot tub was toasty in the evening! Ryan was a very communicative host.

If you are looking for a place to unplug and reconnect, this is it. The cabin is just as described and in the pictures. The only disappointment for us was not being able to use the fire pit/fireplace due to the burn ban.

We had a fabulous weekend! Just what we were looking for, a private and quiet getaway. House was cute and well stocked with everything we needed to cook and grill. Pool, sauna and hot tub! Can’t go wrong here!

We stayed for a romantic weekend and cannot wait to come back. The cabin was cozy and comfortable, had everything we needed, and was nice and private. I particularly loved the claw foot tub- such a treat to soak! I also appreciated the clear instructions on how to find the cabin. 5 stars.

We knew as soon as we pulled up we had picked a good spot. The cabin stands out. Very quaint. The inside was decorated just right- not too cluttered or too sparsely. The TUB!!! Omg - we loved it. We Will definitely come back. Within easy driving distance of downtown or even walking distance if you like walks.

This has been my favorite Airbnb so far! The location is amazing and the views are beautiful! The pool is absolutely gorgeous and overlooks the river. We saw deer, turkeys, and some really neat birds during our stay. We spent most of our time on the back deck enjoying the wonderful view. Erin was the most amazing host and was so generous and very quick to respond. We enjoyed our stay so much and can’t wait to come back.

John and Sherri’s place was even better than advertised! The property is beautiful and peaceful, and the Backwoods BnB is a large inviting space. Our two young children had plenty to keep them occupied, and morning walks to visit Brandi and Bailey- the two resident longhorns- was a highlight for our son! The large open floor plan worked great for us, and allowed our little ones to tire themselves out before bed each night. Although secluded, the BnB was a great base for day trips to Pedernales Falls, Wimberly, Fredericksburg, and Enchanted Rock. Dripping Springs is also a short drive away for groceries, or a quick meal.

Had an amazing spring break staying here. They had plenty of amenities to offer including an amazing pool. We stayed at the cabin that had the hot tub and the back yard was perfect, I loved the environment surrounding the hot tub and being able to look up and see all the stars at night. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a quiet beautiful place to spend a week or weekend with a loved one or family

Wonderful Airbnb and exactly what we were looking for. It’s actually a lot more beautiful than it looks in the photos! Very private, quiet property and so many amenities/activities for the kids. They were in heaven! It’s about a 20 minute drive to town which was fine, we were looking for a quiet trip. Jaudat was incredibly responsive with questions we had. We would stay here again!

We had a really nice time staying here. Dottie communicated very clearly from the beginning, and we were able to find our place with no issues. There is limited cell service at the ranch, so make sure you take a screen shot of the check-in instructions before you get there in case things take a while to load. The WiFi signal was great once we got connected. The cabin was clean, and the surrounding property was beautiful.

From sunrise to sunset, everything about our stay was absolutely perfect! The views were stunning, the pickleball court and pool were so much fun, and the convenience store had everything we needed. The attention to detail was amazing; the place was cozy, spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The location was ideal, with easy access to wineries, restaurants, and local activities. It was a girls’ trip weekend, and we felt safe and had an amazing time. I highly recommend this place whether you’re planning a getaway with your partner, family, friends, or even just looking to escape the city solo for a weekend. It’s pet-friendly! We’d absolutely go back and truly enjoyed our stay.

Gabriel’s place was perfect for a weekend getaway! The house, the view, and surrounding area were all beautiful. The house was perfect and had everything we needed for the weekend. Gabriel was communicative and very helpful for a few items that came up during our stay to quickly help us. Would absolutely stay here again

It was perfect for our honeymoon. The trees and shrubberies around the cabin provide great privacy and the feeling of wilderness. But we weren't alone or too far away from town in case anything happened. Wimberley is 10 minutes away and such a cute town. It was wonderful.

Patti's retreat cottage is great. It is secluded, peaceful, and very close to natural areas that we enjoyed exploring. We love to cook wherever we go, and the kitchen was a great place to make our meals. The town of Dripping Springs isn't far --- there you'll find groceries, bakeries and terrific BBQ at "Pig Pen". We would have easily enjoyed a longer stay, but we were only booked for a week. Patti's place was exactly what we wanted. She and David were wonderful hosts--we enjoyed meeting them. Many thanks to them for sharing their beautiful place with travelers.

The cabin is adorable with all the necessary amenities. We really enjoyed sitting on the back porch watching the wildlife.

Book this property right now! You will not be disappointed! My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and it was more than expected. The pictures do not do it justice! It has alot more space than what I thought it would and there is absolutely anything you could need for cooking including some spices and oils, and of course coffee. The hosts are close by on the property and communication was excellent and so friendly! The views are breathtaking even when it's cloudy and rainy. This was a perfect spot to get away and relax!

We had a nice time! Very peaceful, clean and quiet place. I like that has minimal decors and spacious. Dana and Kelsey were excellent in communicating and messaging us about their instructions.

I booked this cabin for my fiancés birthday. I was looking for a place where we could relax, enjoy nature, and feel far from the city and busy schedules. This place did not disappoint! We were able to spend quality time together while hanging out in the river or simply enjoying the ambience of the cabin and property. Bonus points for being pet friendly! I loved being able to include my Pebbles in our trip and adventures!

This was our third time to stay here. As always it’s secluded and quiet. Great amenities and decor. A very relaxing and peaceful getaway for our anniversary!

Liked it so well last year, we stayed this year. Some maintenance issues found but communicated them and should be resolved by the next person’s stay.

It is safe to say that our family has made Callie's cabin our favorite retreat. Just 20-minutes from our home in San Antonio, when we stay here we feel like we are completely alone with beautiful and peaceful surroundings. We love that the cabin is always amazingly clean and well-maintained, yet we love that it feels older and is very rustic! Callie is always super communicative and extremely prompt in replying to any question or request. I probably ought to stop writing these reviews because we hope the calendar will never be too full ;-) as you can bet we'll keep coming back!
