This is clearly the very best apartment we have ever booked! I used to be a Superhost myself, but Karl does it 1000 times better than I used to, because he takes really wonderful care of the apartment and guests, the communication is reliable and smooth and you can tell that he himself is a world traveler who knows what you need as a guest. This apartment is beautiful but also very cozy and so ideally furnished that you can feel free and move freely. The sunrise is fantastic - hard to find anything comparable. We were not there for vacation, but the pleasant ambience alone gave us a holiday feeling. More than recommended!

A little paradise in Untergösel We had a wonderful time in this cozy cabin! The tranquility of nature, the loving furnishings and the warm atmosphere have made our stay very special. Every moment here was pure relaxation – whether at breakfast overlooking the countryside, walking in the area or just relaxing in this idyllic cabin. A big thank you to the hosts for the loving design and hospitality! We will be happy to come back.

We have spent a few days in this lovely apartment at the border of lands of Carinthia and Styria. The apartment is very clean and well equipped, beds and living room super comfy and luxury of two bathrooms is inviting. The closest attraction is Hebalm with facilities for cross-country skiing. The family-like ski resort Weinebene is a bit far away (45 minutes drive), but worth to visit.

We are in the accommodation again and again at Beatrix's place and we feel comfortable there again and again with our animals. The apartment is out the back, so it is very quiet. In the colder season, the rooms get cozily warm and there is enough storage space for your own belongings due to the closets in the hallway. Overall there is enough space for us two people with two animals. Everything works for us. You have numerous opportunities to quickly walk to the beautifully structured landscape. What more could you ask for?
