Monthly Rentals in Franklin

This was a very peaceful location to stay. Rural with minimal traffic. Plenty of room my kind of living. I would note I didn’t realize both beds were upstairs in the main house. I would not recommend to anyone elderly or with mobility problems. However it worked for us and would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The rental is adorable and a great use of space. We loved how it was close to campus but still in a neighborhood. We will definitely rent again!

Loved this studio! It had everything one needs for a short or long stay. Bed was super comfy! Randall was incredibly responsive & helpful. Thanks for a great stay!😊

Excellent communication. Easy check in and check out. Apartment is close to campus and lots of restaurants and shopping.
