The apartment is fantastic! It has a great layout, is extremely clean and comfortable, and is located conveniently between downtown and MTSU. The host is responsive and makes check-in and check-out easy. I try to stay there every time I am in town.

We chose Jeff’s place for our ten year grad school reunion. It was located close to everything we wanted to do in Nashville, giving us the option to walk or uber. He offered us tons of recommendations and was responsive throughout our stay. The house itself was well equipped and we loved that we had a space to hang out while decompressing. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay! Rooftop was awesome, wish the weather was a little nicer so we could have spent a little more time out there. Very clean and nice!

We would definitely rent again. We came for a girls trip and it was perfect for our group of 6. Very clean, the host was super responsive. We had no problems. Location was central to 12 South and Broadway.

We had a few issues with the kitchen appliances, but the hosts were very easy to work with, and very responsive. The house is a good size, and the beds were very comfy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very close to the touristy part of the city, an easy Lyft or uber ride away.

Perfect for my family and I! Also a great space for little kids, with toys upstairs and downstairs and even blankets/cots for them. And the backyard was a plus for my energetic toddler. This house was very homey and would definitely stay here again if in the area!

Large house perfect for family gathering. Everyone had their own bedroom, also plenty of seating around the dining room table and many indoor and outdoor gathering areas! Kitchen is well equipped for making family dinners…. Basement ideal for hanging out, playing games and watching sports on the big screen. Exactly what we were looking for!

Lisa was very friendly, responsive, and helpful. The house was the nicest AirBNB we’ve ever been in and during a different stay with different weather the playset, pool, and hot tub would’ve been perfect amenities for this location to serve as a good stay-cation location. We’ll definitely consider again if we’re in this neck of the woods. Thank you Lisa!

I loooooved this airbnb! 10/10! Lots of space in the house, the covered porch with hot tub and the large backyard. My family of 4 and our dog had a great stay and our kids were either playing golden tee or in the hot tub. The location was great for us.

Great home for a large family/friend gathering. Plenty of room and beds, and lots of open space. Back yard area could be cleaned up more, but was still worth the socializing and gathering out back. Grill worked fine and was usable for BBQs. Easy Uber access to downtown Broadway and plenty to do in downtown Nashville. Great location away from the city to be quiet and quaint, but still close enough for all the action in the city. Would definitely rent from Danielle again!

We truly enjoyed our stay! The house was super clean. Chris and Kelly did a great job providing us all the information we needed ahead of time. Beds were comfortable and all the amenities worked as stated. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Nashville within a quick uber drive to all the fun stuff, this is the place for you! Allie’s place was perfect for our family getaway! I was probably one of the cleanest most well decorated Airbnb’s we have ever rented. We will definitely be repeat customers if she will have us back! 100% recommend for families!

I’ve stayed at PLENTY of Air BnB and this one is by far one of my TOP 3. The home itself was very warm and inviting but the hosts were the cherries on the Sundae. Two of the most peaceful and graceful people walking this Earth. I was blessed to have stayed at this location, for it provided more peace and love than I expected. For that, I AM truly grateful. I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.

We stayed just for one night, but it was amazing stay! Everything was spotless, the beds are comfortable, it’s easy to find in a nice area, only 30 minutes from the city, literally RIGHT off the interstate, and the hosts were very responsive. Definitely will be saved for future visits to Nashville!!

Cute little studio guesthouse in a great neighborhood. The host gave us a comprehensive guide for the neighborhood. We felt safe and the guesthouse was really clean and ready for our stay, with all the promised amenities. Highly recommend!

Suzanne and Cliff were wonderful hosts! They were friendly, available and promptly addressed questions and issues. Their property is beautiful and well maintained. We stayed in the pool house and it was very clean, comfortable, spacious and private. We can’t say enough about our stay here.
