Hi! Thank you for your interest in our beautiful condo. We have multiple listings on Airbnb and are very proud to be Airbnb Super Hosts and our 5-star rating! We LOVE hosting people and helping them plan their best possible Nashville experience. If you are celebrating a special occasion please let us know! We will be happy to provide our concierge services to make your trip even extra special and super easy! We can provide grocery shopping and pantry stocking for you before you and your guests arrive, bottles of wine, champagne, liquor, flowers, balloons, cards, party decor etc.- you name it, we can provide it for you! Our second-story (top floor) studio has everything you will need for a fun and convenient vacation or staycation! A hand-made wood glowing wall, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything you could need to feel right at home...and we want you to feel this way, its important to us! Extremely comfortable queen size bed and a couch that folds out to a full size bed. Plush mattress toppers and blankets could keep you in bed all day. Clean and comfortable bathroom! Pool access during the warm months! There is plenty of free parking at the condo and a very nice pool area. Private entry to the unit with keypad. We have lived here for over 25 years and know pretty much everything about this town. We are super available and are excited to be the best hosts ever. We are flexible and friendly and can be as available as you want us to be. The studio is walking distance to 12South and Melrose. It's just minutes to Hillsboro Village, the Gulch, and Downtown. Find great food one minute from the door. And there's a liquor store right next door. Nashville is very easy to get around...though mass transit isn't exactly our 'thing', yet! Lyft and Uber is everywhere and you can easily rent bikes at one of the many bike rental stations scattered around town. we are close to everything! Check in at 3:00pm and check out is 11:00am At the front door, enter your unique code on our key-less lock. In the unlikely event that you can't access the condo, please call and we will assist you. We are a non-smoking vacation rental and do not allow pets.

We loved the cottage feel and felt so cozy there! Beds were so comfortable and it was exactly as described. The hosts were very responsive and had someone come fix the lock mechanism right away. We really appreciated a place where our dog was welcome. The hosts were friendly and so helpful. The neighborhood is safe and family-friendly. It’s a beautiful area, and we were able to walk to downtown for the festival. We hope to stay here again!

Wonderful Airbnb with so much character. Everything needed was available such as coffee, shampoo, hair dryer and an iron. We were able to walk to broadway and the music city center. I loved it! Also a coffee shop is very close. One thing to note: it’s across the street from a fire department. This did not keep us up at night. I would stay here again!

The house is beautiful and has so much character. Every room was very clean and stocked with any essentials you may need. The dining room, front porch, and back patio are all great options for visiting with your group. Most importantly, Dale was so kind and accommodating. He was very flexible with check in and check out times which was an immense help to my group who were all flying in from out of state. My friends and I loved staying here, and I hope to return!

We had a great time staying at Autumn's place. It is just as described. It is very clean and decorated beautifully. We loved hanging out on the screened in back porch. The hot tub did get a leak while we were there so we were unable to use it which was disappointing. However, Autumn responded quickly to my text and refunded some money to us. She is a very attentive host. The house is also in a quiet area and a short drive to many bars and restaurants, stores etc.

Ashley’s house was super cute and comfy. In close proximity to Shelby Bottoms with great trails. The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen was very clean. The area feels homey but is only 1.5 miles from downtown. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Nicely located near Broadway. Looks like an older style house, but beautifully decorated. Quiet neighborhood, comfortable bedding, nice size living room, and a small kitchen makes for a great place to stay for a short or long stay vacation. We had a great time here and slept very well. The hosts were very accommodating. I would recommend anyone to try this place out.

We loved the cottage! The location was fantastic. East Nashville has a vibrant atmosphere with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. There are also a couple of nearby golf courses and a dog park. Uber is available for when you want to go honky-tonking on Broadway. We would definitely love to stay here again!
