Beautifully renovated 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, spacious home. Roku TV, fast internet, large yard where you can see the sunrise in the back of the home and the sunset in the front of the home. Very close to the lake (less than 10 minute drive), close to many great nature spots, and University of the South, Downtown Winchester area, and the famous Jack Daniels Distillery. 8 people can be comfortably accommodated, and if extra sleeping arrangements are needed, we have a comfy couch! I loved that the neighborhood was peaceful, beautiful & surrounded by a stunning lake. Every morning we would open the crank windows in the primary bedroom to get an unobstructed view of the lake & trees. The neighborhood was private during the weekdays. A diverse group of families move into the neighborhood towards the weekend. It's actually quite lovely to see the small children from the different homes playing together while the adults gather on front porches & around patio fireplaces. I liked that the home has lots of windows that let in sunlight. The bathrooms were pristine & the beds were comfortable. I adored the are barn doors in the home that complement the natural surroundings of the lakeside community. There was a cabinet full of boardgames. They provided plenty cookware, dishes & toiletries. The 4 kayaks that come with the rental were just enough for my spouse, 2 sons & myself. They also provided life vests. Twin Creeks marina is 5 minutes away & Walmart is 8 minutes away

We had a great stay! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The yard was perfect for our dog. Laura was very helpful with local recommendations. It was very convenient for our concert at The Caverns and much more comfortable than a hotel. We’d definitely stay there again!

This place was great! We stayed here because we had an extended weekend to celebrate a birthday at The Caverns for a concert. The venue was 40 minutes away but an easy drive. Great places close by to tour like Jack Daniels and Tims Ford State Park. The house was super clean and had everything we needed! In warmer months you can walk to the marina that has a restaurant. We all loved this place and would stay here again!

Great home! Quiet! Very safe neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Comfy beds! Functional kitchen for cooking in. The restaurant that’s within walking distance was closed during our visit …but when it’s open, that’s a huge plus as it could cut down on travel. Just over an hour to Nashville… the lake was just coming back to life from the winter. Will definitely return! Great game room for kids to play! The basketball game was a hit!

This is the second time I’ve stayed in this lovely apartment. Both times I felt right at home. The space has everything you need to be comfortable during your time on the mountain. The hosts are so friendly and accommodating as well. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient spot to stay on campus. It is so nice to have Amenities like a full kitchen and washer and dryer too!

Wonderful host and location. Booked last minute and host was extremely responsive and quickly made sure booking was ready for our arrival. This is a fantastic home, everything is high quality and very well thought out. It’s in a quiet private community with easy access to plenty of great local attractions and restaurants. We did not take advantage of the included boat slip this time, but definitely will when we stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay! My mom is handicapped and having the lift recliner was wonderful! She wanted to take it with her Nice walk in shower! Plenty of room! Had an office for me to work from!
