Vacation rentals in Franklin County

This was probably one of the better places we have stayed in all our travels. The house was exactly as pictured, very clean, and right by town. We were able to walk to the square with our toddlers for coffee and danishes. The owner has thought of literally everything here to make the stay easy. So many extra towels, extra pillows and blankets that we had tons of extra still clean when we left! She thought of everything with consumables and the toiletries available if you forgot something was the best I have experienced, hands down. Not just the standard items but extras, like qtips, cotton balls, flossers, etc. she even had umbrellas by the door and reusable shopping bags in case you forgot yours. I will 100% be staying here again, we are frequent visitors to Winchester. Wonderful stay!

My family and our best friends stayed over New Years. It was a fantastic place to bring in the New Year! Even in the off season, it delivered loads of fun and was well equipped for kids. We didn’t have to venture out, we mostly stayed in and cooked in the very well-equipped kitchen, played board games, and watched what we wanted on each of the tvs. It is a perfect place for kids! The kids played upstairs and we could barely hear them, but knew they were safe because of the fantastic layout! We loved our stay and found it to be a perfect place for a single or multi-family getaway!

This place was much larger than I had anticipated (in a good way). The property was clean, modern, and massive, with excellent views. Honestly don’t have much to say other than I will be back again im the future.

A beautiful house, just like the pictures. Very clean. Great location for going down to lake and also for relaxing. Kelly was responsive and a great host.

We had a couple families in town attending an event nearby. The photos don't do the house justice, and the house looks amazing in the photos. There was ample space for our group, easy to cook and hangout in the house. We ended up doing more in the house instead of going out because of how nice it was. Our only regret was it was cold outside so we didn't take advantage of the big deck, firepit or the lake. We are already talking about coming back in warmer months!

Beautiful house and great host - we had a fantastic time at this house! The house is across the street from the lake and very close to the town square - super cute shops and restaurants and even an old-timey movie theater. They offered free Christmas movies as a black-Friday event. We really enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay.

Great place very cozy and peaceful

I enjoyed our stay 100%! Tracy was very helpful and friendly. This home is one I recommend to anyone. Very beautiful home and even nicer host. Definitely plan on being back!
