Beautiful home, nicely furnished and very cozy! The kitchen has everything you need to cook, and there's plenty of board games and activities to enjoy! Loved the smores basket that our hosts prepared for us!

The house is beautiful and clean with modern amenities. Heather was immediately responsive when I had a question even though it was Thanksgiving! My family had a very comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend!

Katy Family Traditions home was perfect for our stay while visiting family in Manchester. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable, decorated beautifully, and nice cul-de-sac to walk. The back porch gas fireplace and chairs were so nice to sit and relax in the evenings.

Loved Caitlin’s property. It was the perfect fit for our family trip to the lake. The golf cart was helpful to get to the marina and enjoy the restaurant, though it was also an easy walk. We enjoyed the screened in porch and fully stocked accommodations. Will definitely be back soon!

Everyone in our group enjoyed the house - clean and well set-up for multi-person stays. Perfect amount of room for 4-5 people to both mingle and have their own space when they wanted it. The neighborhood is great - beautiful, peaceful and felt very safe. Great walk down to the marina area. Tara was super helpful in getting a favorite pair of boots back to me that were left behind in the hustle on checkout day, too! The extra time and effort put towards saving them was much appreciated. We come to this area every year and will definitely look to stay here again next time!

Easy access to house, beautiful home and a very quiet neighborhood. Loved the back screened in porch to sit and look at lake. Very roomy and open floor plan made it easy to visit with family. Very spacious kitchen and refrigerator. Bedrooms were very roomy and the bunk beds were a great touch for the kids. The upstairs was super for a quiet work environment or just a quiet relaxing getaway within the house. Truly felt right at home while I was there. If it matters to anyone the washer and dryer were front loaders and convenient to the kitchen. A great asset to the rental is the golf cart to enjoy a ride through the neighborhood in the evening as the sun goes down. Hunter was a great host and always very responsive to my email. Check in and out was super easy and there was very little asked of host for us to do in order to check out. I really enjoyed my stay, location, and the home. I will stay with Hunter again and 100% recommend him as a host and his property.
