Family-friendly vacation rentals in Franklin County

This house was more than perfect for our group of 4 couples that came in town for a friends wedding weekend. Central location to all the shops & restaurants of downtown. We were able to walk to dinner one night and walk home. We also used Uber a couple of times & they were easy and around $6 plus tip for a one-way trip. The home was easy to access by lockbox on the front porch. There is off street/driveway parking for 2 cars, the other 2 cars had no problem parking on the street. The home does have 4 large bedrooms, the main level primary bedroom featured a private en-suite w/a large walk in closet & a tub/shower combo. The 3 additional bedrooms are upstairs and share a full hall bathroom. There was a bonus room off the kitchen that had the 3rd bathroom (this one only had a soaking tub, not a shower). There was also a Laundry room that featured washer / dryer. We had a blast staying here & would definitely stay again!

We’ve stayed at Joanna’s several times now. We absolutely love the house and the location. Joanne is a fantastic host. We’re glad we found her and her home.

My first stay in a Grant Summit cabin. Absolutely thoroughly enjoyed it! A quaint beautiful cabin. It had everything us girls (grandmother, daughter in law and teen granddaughter) needed. I was pleasantly surprised that the cabin location was on an end which happened to be where the hot tub sat making it more private. So happy! Loved the esthetic decor, spectacular views and tranquillity! I will be a repeat vacationer.

We had a wonderful weekend! The place was spotless! Once you are inside you are surrounded by trees and nature and it feels very secluded. The cabin had plenty of space and comfortable seating options. Very close to a boat ramp, Tims Ford Lake and the Elk River. The Curly Willow is a fun little antique store with reasonable prices and the farmers market in Winchester had great produce! One of our favorite vacations!

Flossie's country cottage was just what we were looking for while in the area for a family visit. The farmhouse is charming and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed for family meals around the large dining room table. Everything about our 2 night stay was perfect and we will be rebooking for future visits I'm certain. Thank you for such a wonderful stay! Hands down our favorite Airbnb so far!

Such a beautiful place. Great place to stay and views were expansive and beautiful. We spent Thanksgiving with family lots of space and family fun with games. We will stay again hopefully this summer with boat and jet ski.

We stayed her for a second time and loved it even more this time! The views are stunning and Fred has definitely done some amazing upgrades! The pool is awesome with plenty of activities for the kids to enjoy! The hiking trail is beautiful just steep going back up! But so worth it! We plan to keep Paradise Pointe as our go to when visiting family in GA! Thank you for a peaceful and fun trip!

The cottage was very cozy and had everything you need for an overnight stay. We enjoyed our time at the cottage!
