Cottage vacation rentals in Fowey

Words can’t even describe how wonderful this accommodation is. We were shown around by Mick with clear instructions on how to use all appliances, we were asked in advance what time we would like the spa ready for and it was ready for exactly that time. Communication from start to finish was impeccable and we couldn’t have wished for better hosts! So welcoming and wonderful with easy communication with Tracey. The accommodation itself was spotless and had everything you needed. The small Christmas touches, fresh homemade mince pies & clotted cream as well as the big Christmas tree got us right in the spirit. The spa was on another level, it was more than we expected. We are already looking to book again and have recommended it to family and friends. Thank you so much Tracey & Mick x

We had a fab stay here, the cottage has everything you need and is as described, there were also some lovely treats waiting on arrival which was a nice touch. The hot tub was lovely and it was fun to use the pizza oven! Would stay again :)

My partner Tom and I had a fab time at Shaun's place! Perfect little place, perfectly formed with everything you need. Beautifully presented, and we loved the wood burner and hot tub especially. Has everything you need, and is cosy and wonderful! The location is spot-on; minutes away from a great pub (good food, and friendly), and close to lots of Cornish towns and beaches. Loved it and shall be back. Highly recommend! Cheers Shaun. :)

We had such a lovely stay. The weather wasn’t as good as we had hoped and because of heavy snow and the road being impassable we sadly had to postpone our trip by a day which was disappointing as we were so looking forward to it. Nicola kindly offered for us to stay another night but due to work commitments we were unable to 😔

Most amazing stay, would definitely book again. The space is incredible, something from a book. It’s really was truly beautiful.

We loved our long weekend in Apple Barn. It was absolutely what we needed after a tough year. The barn was very well equipped and there was nothing else we could wish for. We visited at the same time as storm Darragh so trips out were limited but it didn’t ruin the whole weekend. We had a lovely, warm welcome from Alan and Davinas lemon drizzle cake was a very tasty treat. Hopefully we will be back as there are lots of locations we’d still like to explore.

The cottage was perfect for a week away with our newborn daughter and dog. The hot tub was peaceful and thoroughly enjoyable to sit in at night under the stars. The house is well-equipped (the only minor thing was no dishwasher) including toys and a highchair, cot etc if needed. Very easy to walk/Run into Perranporth and then along the beach (roughly 10km if you do a loop). We would definitely stay again :)

Gorgeous property in a very private and peaceful location. Amy was the perfect host, letting us check in early and always being on hand if we had any questions. Everything was clean and well looked after, fresh bedding and towels ready to go and the house had everything anyone could need to settle straight in. Would love to come back soon.

A beautiful gem in a fabulous serene location near so many brilliant places in Cornwall. Perfectly furnished and thoughtful set up. Super helpful and friendly host - down to getting the bbq ready for us and being able to hose down wetsuits on site plus lots of great local recommendations - plus very quick responses and let us know we could check in early. Could not recommend enough (except to ensure there’s some availability next summer so we can return!). Exactly what we needed and such a stunning private garden too - ideal if you are bringing a furry friend. Many thanks and hope to be back soon

Sarah was so kind and accommodating. We loved her dog and geese and she left us some delicious fudge too. Really lovely location, and Boscastle is fabulous with great food and great pubs and friendly locals. Lots of places to go for very long walks and the Boscastle farm shop was really worth the visit if you look good food and lots of cake!

Had a great stay at Gilas beautiful cottage. Beyond friendly host, great place and a very serene atmosphere. Would definitely like to come back! Thank you Gila :)

We had the most relaxing weekend at Cats cottage. The place is fantastic for kids as well with a lovely book corner and lovely decorations throughout. The owners left us an amazing cream tea and bread. Thank you so much!

Amanda's home was the perfect stay for us and our two dogs. The whole place spotlessly clean but with a homely feel. The welcome gifts were a really lovely touch, I love having flowers in my home so was great to have some on arrival. All of the cleaning products and toiletries were of a high quality and the kitchen was well equipt.

Trevor & Sarah made us feel very welcome, and we're fantastic hosts. beautiful location, surroundings and accommodation. watching the birds on the garden feeders just outside in the garden with a nice glass of wine was so relaxing. completely recommend a stay here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - our second visit and perfectly situated for visiting our sister lives nearby. We loved the accommodation and found Maria and her husband to be on hand and very helpful. We will book again when next visiting Cornwall.

It was a great, centrally located cottage. We were extremely impressed with the lovely cottage we stayed in. Everything as described, well equipped.

Very shortly after arriving I received a very warm welcome from Ian and Clare. I could park directly next to the cottage, which had a lovely secure & compact garden, so I knew the dogs were safe & sound. The well-maintained and good-sized paddock is brilliant for the dogs to have a quick runaround & chase the toys that can be borrowed from inside the well-equipped laundry room. Wren Cottage was pristine, with everything needed for a warm & comfortable stay. There are two very comfortable armchairs. There was always hot water and plenty of storage space in the kitchen. The dog biscuits & human treats were an unexpected and very welcome touch. The maps and local information package was very useful. The cottage is only a 10-15-min walk from the beautiful St Nectan's Glen, and a little further down the road, you can pick up the coast path & walk through Rocky Valley and into Tintagel. There is a shorter route to Tintagel if preferred. Boscastle & other places v accessible by car & bus.

Lovely holiday home. Lots of space and useful additions. Especially appreciated the washing machine, drying rack, balcony and games. Two bathrooms was great with a big family. Things to do locally if you don't want to leave the site. Would definitely recommend, especially after they left us scones with jam and clotted cream. Yum!!

This is a charming house to stay at, with character and features. The log burner was a treat as the weather turned cold during our stay. House overall warm and cosy in the Autumn/Winter months. We loved the hens, being able to freely visit them and walk in the gardens. My daughter loved wildlife spotting in the garden. We found red admiral butterflies that lingered in the woodland area. And a few squirrels. The trampoline is large and perfect for adults who like to have a brief moment to themselves... (!) Recommend sunset views from the trampoline!

Nice little cottage at a fair price. Spotless, well equipped and Sarah was very responsive. We loved the wood-burner and Sarah provided plenty of logs. Location is fairly remote so it’s a min 15. min drive to anywhere.
