Monthly Rentals in Fountain Hills

The Casita was the perfect place to stay when my sisters and I had to move out of our house for 18 days during a major home improvement project. It was quiet, cozy, and comfortable. Much better appointed than other Airbnbs where I have stayed. We also enjoyed use of the patio and the grill. Ted always responded promptly when I contacted him. If you are planning a stay in Fountain Hills, Arizona I highly recommend the Casita!

Great spacious condo in downtown Fountain Hills. Pool was always empty so we had it all to ourselves. Good value compared to other similar sized rentals in the area.

Susanna’s desert casita was really great. The surroundings were peaceful and so beautiful. It is literally steps away from McDowell Regional Park which is a sight to see and fun to explore. The sunsets were like no other out there. The place is out there but worth it and easy to find. If you’re looking for a really comfy bed, clean, organized place with beautiful accommodations in a calm and serene area, this place is for you.

I am thankful for David’s consistent communication. My sister and I were traveling with our 81 year old parents and he was very accommodating with our needs and questions. We were in this area for a family funeral, and his place was a nice retreat during the emotionally charged weekend.
