This is a regular place for us, and convenient and comfortable. Carol has gone out of her way to be accommodating and generous, and we are happy to continue coming back. Plus... llamas! (also a friendly lot)

This was our second stay at Matt's, and as soon as we entered the apartment were reminded of how his gracious hospitality leads us to feel right at home. Matt is one of the most responsive airbnb hosts with whom we have ever interacted, and as he had promised, his neighbors had cleared the steps of the overnight snowfall before we needed to head out the following day. The minimal decor and simplicity create a tranquil, peaceful vibe complemented by the character of hardwood floors and a little library that led me to simply want to lounge around and read as I recovered from surgery. The kitchen is well-stocked; the shower is epic (but watch out for hot water); and the downstairs washer and dryer are a great convenience. Even before checking out, we had booked a return. A cozy apartment on a lovely property. We had a great stay while visiting family in the area for Christmas.

Very quaint spot with everything you need for a nice quiet getaway. Corey and Jen thought of everything to make sure my stay was comfortable and stress free! Everything about the home was clearly explained in a handy guest book and there were plenty of welcoming touches in all areas of the home. I highly recommend you consider this home for your next Airbnb adventure.
