This 2022 home has all the upgrades, 65 inch TV, stainless appliances, tile floors, a lovely kitchen, washer dryer, backyard area with sitting area. Kitchen is well stocked, contains upgraded pots and pans. Outdoor BBQ and seating. Peaceful nieghborhood Just 2 minutes to the freeway! Algodones 30 min Marine base 15 min. Downtown 15 min. Foothills 5 min.

Relaxing family home in a safe and lovely Neighborhood. It’s a comfy rustic farmhouse in the Desert. House has great lighting from skylights in the home and comfortable beds. My favorite part of the House: the master shower is 7 foot long by 4 feet wide with a skylight overhead. 5 to 13 mins to grocery stores, golf courses, parks, churches, restaurants. 18 minutes to Algo Dones, Mexico, 40 mins from Lake Martinez, or the Sand Dunes
