Vacation rentals with a pool in Fortuna Foothills

Stayed 4 times. Will continue to return when life brings us to the area. Location is perfect and the home is very well maintained. It is good to know that there is no restroom on the first floor. Hosts are quick to respond and very kind.

Erin was very responsive and helpful. The home is gorgeous and in a great location. She even decorated for us to spend Christmas with our Marine. We will definitely be reserving again.

Always love to stay at Chris’ homes, they are so clean, decor is immaculate, and the responsiveness is unmatched! We come to Yuma at least 10 times a year and appreciate coming to Chris’ homes since it feels like a home away from home at this point. Location is great, close to downtown Yuma and walking distance from La bodega ! I always look for Chris’ homes first when I come to Yuma. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

We have been to this listing several times before. We have enjoyed it each time and so much so that we booked 3 nights on this trip. The neighborhood is peaceful and clean. Our family always utilizes the pool. It’s great for small children as it is not deep. If you like to BBQ, this is a great spot to do so. We will be back again in the future!

Jamie's place was perfect! So many extras - from soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. When you are only going for a couple of days, it is a pain to have to go out and purchase all those things for a short stay. The house was stocked with all those extras which was nice. Everything was clean and neat and I did not feel like I had to clean the dishes before using them. Lots of room for our group of six adults and one toddler. We were there for Thanksgiving and even had the mixer and pans that we needed to bring what we were tasked with for our family dinner. Kitchen was very stocked with anything that you might need. Beds were comfortable and so was the furniture in the living area. Was chilly while we were there so did not get to use the pool but the patio area was amazing! Even had firewood if we wanted too make a fire. Again, all the little touches that make you feel like you are home. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The Yuma Sunset condo is a very nice clean unit. It is freshly painted and tastefully decorated. All of the furnishings, appliances, and utensils are modern and appear to be new. The beds are very comfortable, and the linens and pillows are also new. The layout is great with both large bedrooms upstairs each having a full bathroom attached. Additionally, there is another bathroom downstairs. The AC is cold and there are large ceiling fans throughout. An assigned covered parking space out back is a welcome bonus. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. Our host Jesse was easy to contact and was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this rental.

Stayed there for my daughters wedding and it was only 4 streets from their place so nice and close. Never stayed in an AirBNB before but my sister son and his girlfriend and I felt right at home. Much better experience than staying in a hotel room at a fraction of the cost. Had no issues at all and we had so much fun. Thank you

Kyle’s home was ours for 1mo while we moved to Yuma and found a home. It had everything we needed, and it was the perfect introduction to Yuma. The neighborhood is shaded, cool, and beautiful. We highly recommend staying here!

My family enjoyed our stay here in Yuma. Comfortable beds and good location. Good value for the money! We even made lemonade with the lemons off of a lemon tree!
