We loved our stay at Flamingo Royale! Samuel responds quickly to questions, although we really didn’t have any problems with the home. We enjoyed a couple of days exploring Sanibel and Captiva (via golf cart!) and their lovely beaches. The home has all you would need for a beach day. But our pool days at Flamingo Royale were just as relaxing and fun. The pool is clean and peaceful. The house itself is spacious and well maintained.

Host was great, communicated prior to arrival and prior to departure. We did not need any assistance during the trip because everything was as described in the listing. The photos and description accurately depicted the home. Great location and home for our quiet guys golf trip. Neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Accommodations were fantastic. Plenty of space, comfortable bedding, and great outdoor space. Compared to other listing this is a great value. Highly recommend this home and working with this host.

We had the best time! The perfect place to stay for a getaway. The house was VERY clean and brand new. The pool was amazing and the perfect place to spend the afternoon after a beach day. Wiggins State Park is a short walk (less than 1.5 miles). We enjoyed our daily walks to the beach! My only suggestion would be to have more substantial beach chairs for adults. Camp chairs are provided and chairs that are very small, low to ground, and do not recline. We were happy we packed we packed a beach blanket. Overall, it was an amazing place to stay and we highly recommend!

Great stay at Rogelio's place. We stayed for the month of February and the weather was perfect, which was great for sunbathing and swimming in the pool. You can pay a daily fee to heat the pool so we only heated on the weekends and it was well worth it. We brought our dog and she enjoyed the fenced-in back yard and walks around the neighborhood. The house in a very quiet, peaceful and safe neighborhood and the neighbors we met were all friendly (especially the other dog walkers). We had guests a couple of the weekends and we had plenty of room. All three bedrooms also have walk-in closets. The kitchen is on the smaller side and can use some better cooking accessories, but we had no issues preparing meals. There is a Publix and a number of restaurants nearby which are convenient. The only downside is that the beaches are a bit of a drive, but not bad if you plan ahead and avoid the Cape Coral / Ft Myers rush hour traffic.

We stayed for two nights for a brief stopover in Naples. Alan's glamper was the perfect solution for us, much nicer than hotels and cheaper! the RV was lovely,had everything we needed for a short stay and more. Loved the decor details. Quiet and clean, location was an easy drive to local attractions. Highly recommended!
