The apartment is exactly as described. This is a tremendous place to relax, recover and enjoy the sunny isles of Florida. Fernando and team were incredibly gracious and responsive. Would definitely stay there again (hopefully very soon)

I recently stayed at a beautiful apartment in Miami, hosted by Dmitry and Maria, and we couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. The apartment offered stunning views of the water and boats, making every moment feel like a picturesque escape. It was impeccably clean, which added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of the stay. Dmitry and Maria were incredibly kind and flexible, always available whenever we needed assistance, making the entire process smooth and pleasant. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were very nice, and the kitchen was fully equipped.I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to visit Miami.

Tamara's unit 208 was just as it was advertised. Some things that she doesn't mention and she doesn't really need to is that the unit faces east and gets the morning sun. The shades and curtains do a good job blocking the heat and sun when you need them to. The Wi-Fi is very fast. The neighbors are very friendly and they all seem to speak French. The only TV is via Roku. There doesn't seem to be a cable box or an antenna that I could find so you won't get local channels. The kitchen is immaculate and well stocked but I couldn't turn off the ice maker and it makes a lot of noise. One thing that Tamara didn't mention and she should have is that the parking for this unit is in the rear. The driveway to access it is on the right of the building as you face it. I felt that my car was very secure back there. I liked the place so much that I hope to be back soon.

Tonga’s place is located off the main road making it a bit quieter but still very convenient. It’s a short walk to the beach, cafes, the crepery, and ice cream shop.

Paula is wonderful and love this place comfy and can’t beat the location, walked to beach so close 3 minute walk 1 minute run aha, clean and very fairly priced.

I am a fan of the Ocean Reserve. Daniel’s apartment stood out for the furniture, the amenities and the parking which is right in front of the building.

This place is great. Ample parking outside, easy to find. The pool is the best part...there are multiple water depth levels and various chairs...no matter how you like enjoying a pool, they've got you covered. The beach is right down the road 10min away...parking is only $6 for the day if you go to Hugh Taylor Birch State Park and leave your car there. Much cheaper than anywhere else on the beach. Highly recommend Stephan and David's place.

Nav and his team were great. The place was great - a high end weekend getaway. No complaints and highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay! The building was very luxe. Bed was comfy and clean. My wife was very happy and felt she was treated well for her 30th birthday!!

We had an excellent spring break at Carrie’s PH. The space was wonderful. Everything needed was provided, and her description was spot on. The W hotel was also very accommodating. We were on the residence side, but had access to the hotel side too. Private house feel with the comforts of a hotel. The location was perfect. Steps from the beach, a block to dining and entertainment, and 2 miles from E. Las Olas for amazing dining & shopping. The host is the best ever. She really is fantastic. Amazing trip!

The room was excellent and Frost was always available to answer any questions. Great location walkable to all areas of attraction.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment in Brickell! The location is absolutely perfect—right in the city center with so many fantastic restaurants and cafes just steps away. The apartment itself is stunning—super clean, beautifully designed, and incredibly luxurious. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and made every moment feel special. Claudia and Pablo are very responsive and helpful hosts. They provided restaurant recommendations and left wine and granola bars for us as a welcome gift. Unit has beautiful views and is equipped with every possible amenity you could imagine if you’re traveling with a family (high chair, stroller, etc). Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Peter’s place. Nice, clean and roomy. Really well equipped kitchen. Lots of towels available. Beautiful balcony where we ate our meals outside. Very comfortable , secure and enjoyable. Would def recommend and go again. Thank you!

My mom and my boyfriend and I had a great time staying at George's place. Beautiful condo with great amenities and 5 min walk to the beach. The beds and couch were comfortable, nice deck with a view, and plenty of space for all of us. Really enjoyed the pools and the gym as well. Honestly can't say enough good things, just a really enjoyable stay!

Beutiful place

At first look the building looked like it was frozen in time from the 70's. But the place was located perfectly in between restaurants on one side and the beach on the other. Location, location, location. coming back next year

Leonie was responsible, giving me details what everything about the place I had a vehicle and I had volleyball parking. It was really convenient. The place was super clean. I really recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It is the perfect location on Ft. Lauderdale's strip - right off A1A with some distance from the Spring Break area. The unit was great - perfect for our family. Very spacious and clean, and right down the hall from the Residence pool. Having access to the resort amenities was also great. Salil was extremely responsive and easy going. Very easy to work with. Would highly recommend if traveling with kids. We hope to be back!
