Erik and team were amazing and helpful during our stay in beautiful sunny Colorado! We can’t wait to come back!

We loved sitting on the patio and enjoying the views of the lake with the fire table. The apple tree was a plus with very delicious apples. From the primary bedroom there was a terrific view of the sunrise. Roberto was very responsive and helpful. Neighbor downstairs was very friendly and nice to chat with on the pier.

The house was perfect. We attended a conference at the Hilton which was about a 10 minute walk. The house comfortable fit our group. The house was very clean and the kitchen was equipped. We hope to stay here again next time we have a conference. Thank you for sharing your lovely house!

This location is great, easy walk to downtown Ft Collins and access to the Poudre river trail. It was a perfect base for visiting my daughter who is attending CSU.

Kevin’s place was a great place to stay for our family. It’s in a nice location and neighborhood— there’s a huge park that’s walkable from the house to take the kids to play and everything in town is a quick drive. We loved the hot tub and grill. The kitchen was well stocked. Very family friendly. Kevin and his wife were responsive and accommodating. Would stay here again!

Our stay at Erik's was exactly as advertised. Great spot to stay if you want to explore downtown Fort Collins

This location is amazing, close drive to Estes and right on the Big Thompson. Sitting by the fire and listening to the river while watching the stars was pretty great. We were blessed to see an abundance of wildlife as well, bald eagles, foxes, wild turkeys, and big horn sheep. If you enjoy grilling or bbqing there is a grill, pellet stove, smoker, and wood fired pizza oven! Overall a very good stay, the beds could definitely use an update, but overall we enjoyed our stay. A great location (right next to the Fort Collins Pools!) that was perfect for walking to campus and downtown. We loved being able to walk to dinner, grab coffee at any of the many nearby coffee shops, and explore old town. The apartment was great for two, but the bunk beds in the living room would have been perfect for little ones if needed :)

Had a very comfortable 6 night stay. The wifi was strong enough for my work meetings. The bed was so comfortable I had trouble getting out of it. Location was perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Comfy bed, plenty of nice linens and towels. Beautiful, unique setting but convenient to boulder, Niwot, Longmont. Greg was very responsive. Internet was not connecting when we got there He rebooted right away and had it upgraded within a few days. It’s not fast but it worked for us and we will definitely stay again!!!

Perfect charming cottage to relax and enjoy the evening sunsets. Gloria and her husband were so welcoming and kind, including their animals. The cottage had all that i needed. Thank you so much for your hospitality and peaceful property.

Lyons is a little gem and we are lucky enough to have family here. This is our second time staying with Kathy and there is everything you could need and everything is walkable. We will be back again!

Wonderful place and wonderful host!

Tee’s listing was perfect for our needs. We had 5 adults and we were very comfortable in the space. Both Tee and John were incredibly responsive and helpful. The chips and salsa/drinks were a nice surprise on check in! Very last minute we decided we wanted to borrow their bikes and John was kind enough to get them ready, along with gloves, in the morning. The space is well appointed, please note there is no sink in the kitchen (Tee made sure I knew this ahead of time as well). It is a very spacious apartment and the two bedrooms were very comfortable. The kitchen had what we needed. The bathroom was pristine and had lots of towels, including towels to remove makeup. The only item I’ll call out is that it was very cold when we went downstairs initially, but the instructions clearly indicated to use the fireplace and space heater(s) and the space warmed up nicely once we turned those on. The fireplace is one of those cool colorful ones, too. And Otis! Highly recommend. We’d stay again.

We had a great stay. Senesa's home is clean, had plenty of room for the two of us and she answered any questions we had. It was a very comfortable stay in a great neighborhood and not far from Old Town or the mountains.

Great spot! The description is accurate. Description says one bedroom, so if you’re like me and only look at pictures, it looks like more than one bed room. This was not an issue for us! Just wanted to write this as a heads up to anyone! Really enjoyed our stay! Close to downtown and everywhere else in Loveland. Super quick trip up to Fort Collins too!

Leam's treehouse was an incredible place for a little writing retreat. I was honestly obsessed and in love with it in every way. I didn't want to leave. It was super clean and cozy. Unique, with so many thoughtful details. Not generic in any way. Truly a special escape. I will definitely be going back and I want one of these on my property!! Thanks Leam for creating such a magical space that evokes wonder and a sense of comfort and familiarity all at once. Brilliant! Stop thinking about it, and book it now before someone else does.

We were in town to visit CSU with our daughter. We stayed here and it was perfect for us and walking distance for almost everything! Tim was very responsive and helpful and gave us lots of recommendations. Would definitely stay again especially if she chooses CSU!
