Condo vacation rentals in Fort Collins

I had a great stay at Cozy Condo! The location was perfect—right in the heart of town and close to everything I needed. It was also a great value for the area, which was a huge plus. The hosts were super responsive and made everything really easy from check-in to check-out. I was a little concerned about parking since it's a college town, but it actually turned out to be no issue at all—there was always plenty of space nearby. Overall, a smooth and comfortable stay. Would definitely book again!

The location is ideal and the apartment was exactly as described and in photos. Excellent place. I can’t speak to communication with Stacey as everything was fine, we had no problems and no need to contact her.

I was coming up from Texas after working 5 weeks straight. Michael was very easy to talk to and was proactive in making sure everything was taken care of. The property was easy to get to, and it was genuinely a really peaceful place to be, while simultaneously easy access to the roadway that gets you down into Fort Collins. I’m someone who thoroughly enjoys the Rustic vibes, and to me, there was nothing better than waking up, getting some coffee, and looking out at the mountain views. I had a great time there, and 100% I’m coming back again.

Josh's place was just what we needed! It was centrally located and well stocked. We cooked a FULL thanksgiving dinner in there and the kitchen had all of the pots and pans needed - we couldn't believe it. I will absolutely look to this place first the next time we need a spot in Fort Collins. Thanks for a fabulous and comfortable stay!

Great place! We booked this place with 5 friends to go hiking at RMNP and it was perfect! Everyone was comfortable and enough space for everyone. The kitchen it’s small but still worked to prep sandwiches and breakfast for our trip. The only small thing it’s that the wifi is a little slow.

A lovely, very clean apartment that’s walking distance from loads of wonderful downtown shops and restaurants. A perfect place for one or even two couples visiting the area. With plenty of comfortable seating, you’ll enjoy cozying up with a movie after a day trip of hiking at Horseshoe Reservoir or visiting Estes Park.

I felt that it was a lot of money for a one bedroom apartment! Location was fab but a little over priced!

Enjoyed my stay here. The unit was clean and it is in a great neighborhood in walking distance to everything that Old Town has to offer. And with all that it was surprisingly very quiet at night. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy Fort Collins. WiFi speed is also great. More than you'll need for sure.

Celebrating my daughter's graduation from CSU. Was so convenient to Old Town. Stacy did an amazing job keeping us informed on checking in and out! No issues at all!! Highly recommend!!!
