Dear Roberta and Lucca, we were able to enjoy our vacation. The flat is very quiet. The access right in front of the house entrance is optimal. Our Goldi Cesar was also able to enjoy the beautiful garden with seating. The apartment is tip top clean and well equipped so we felt completely comfortable. Even in winter, the beautiful apartment Tip Top can be used. Trips to Lucca, Pisa, Pistoia, Florence, Vinci, Empoli and to the sea are not an issue. We will be very happy to come back and recommend the beautiful house. Unfortunately, the wifi stopped working after a day. We thank Roberta and Lucca for the wonderful time :-). Our vacation in Melanina's apartment was pleasant. The apartment was clean, tidy, and has a beautiful garden. Melania was very helpful with us. We recommend it!

Five stars x everything!!! I spent 3 nights at Susanna's place and felt at home. Impeccable cleanliness,cozy with beautiful decor. The pellet stove welcomed me with a warm warm warmth and then the very comfortable bed, huge double bedroom,the bathroom with a very large shower,all extremely clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need TV with netflix and other digital channels. Nearby there are many restaurants, the area is quiet because it is in the countryside and there is also a place for the car right in front of the' entrance of the house. Susanna has put her heart and care in every corner of the house. I hope to be back soon !!! Thank you Susanna!!!
