Family-friendly vacation rentals in Forks

We had a great Christmas at Ron’s place. They had it clean, decorated, and ready for our arrival with more amenities than we even needed. The house was so comfortable. Our family of 6 slept well. We loved the ducks off the lake and spending our afternoon/evenings in the well maintained hot tub. We did a few days trips to close by hiking attractions and town was close enough to run and grab extra groceries. Overall such a great experience!! We plan to come back in the summer and would recommend this house to anyone.

What an incredibly lovely place to stay on a lake. Beautiful views! So many cool details within the cabin. Has everything you need! Super cozy and relaxing! Will definitely stay again!

Medieval nerds should love it! That isn't us exactly, but we still had a great time. The kids thought staying in a "castle" was super neat, and our youngest enjoyed dressing up as a knight and having his picture taken. It's a fun spot with everything necessary for a good night's stay.

Beautiful, fun place to stay near the Olympics. We had a wonderful trip and the house was perfect.

My husband and I stayed here for our 1 year anniversary & it was PERFECT. We were only 15 minutes from the hiking spots we wanted to do in ONP & 20 minutes from downtown. It was such a beautiful location & everything was clean. I would definitely come back here.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. It was on a small lake and this was pretty. The hot tub was a nice feature at the end of each day. It was difficult/ stressful to get the blue towels cleaned in time for check out. We used the hot tub in the evening on our last night and then had to rush around that evening and first thing in the morning to get them washed, dried and put back on the shelf. The house was located very close to crescent lake (beautiful) and to great hikes. We very much enjoyed our stay.

By far the most organized house I’ve ever stayed in. Very clean. All instructions very clear. Any questions we had were answered very quickly by Steve. Hoping to return again someday soon!

A wonderful and cozy house in one of the most beautiful areas of the world. Close to lakes, mountains, lots of hiking and within sight of Canada! House was well equipped and is a perfect getaway in any season!

The stay is peaceful and the location convenient to the whole of the north side of Olympic National Park (Hurricane Ridge, Crescent Lake, and Sol Duc River and Falls). I was even able to stop for a hike at Staircase on the way up the east side. Diane was always responsive and offered her help freely.

Quiet, comfortable, and accessible.. my only wish, is that I could have stayed longer! Definitely coming back here, you won’t be disappointed. Exactly as advertised!

This is the second time we've stayed and it is the perfect spot. The place itself is wonderful and the location is close to everything, but private and beautiful! We will be back!

Fantastic place to stay in Port Angeles! Right across from the Olympic National Park visitors center. Jed was very responsive and friendly. 10/10 Would stay again and highly recommend.

Very comfortable, clean cabin in a beautiful, convenient location. Comfortable fold-out sofa bed and spacious rooms. Only downsides: cabin doesn’t get much natural light and even with interior lighting, still felt a bit dark. Also, a Keurig coffee machine would be a much-appreciated amenity to add!

I stayed a long weekend on the Olympic Peninsula and was very happy with my choice of Phil's cabin. The views are amazing, very quiet and peaceful. The perfect getaway location for couples or a small family. I would recommend this cabin to anyone!

We have stayed at Veronica's place numerous times over the past few years. She has thought of everything guests need to be comfortable. The view of the mountains and the birds in the yard from the living room is very calming. Veronica's place feels like home.

Ravae was an exceptional host, and her place matched our needs for this trip. She was consistently available and kind. We’ve stayed near Forks before, but our last airbnb had some issues and we felt a bit uneasy. Ravae’s place was so much more inviting. And her location is great! 5 minutes from the shops and the grocery store in town. The farthest we traveled was a little over an hour to Port Angeles. Her place was still close enough to the forest that the view to her backyard blew us away every time! Her place was SO well stocked. Especially the kitchen! All we really needed to buy was whatever food we wanted to eat. She has every kitchen appliance/tool imaginable, plenty of oils & spices, and plenty of dishes. I really enjoyed the personalized heating in every room, even the bathrooms! It did get pretty cold a few nights. We were also pleasantly surprised by the homegrown eggs from her neighbor. They were delicious. 😊 We would DEFINITELY stay here again!

What an amazing weekend with five friends! Lazy Bear retreat is cozy and quiet--close enough to Sequim and Port Angeles for adventuring, but peaceful enough that we spent most of our time playing games and watching movies at the house. We watched the weather, the cargo ships, and the deer through the living room window, and we did some cooking in the kitchen. The 70's charm took me back to my childhood but the house had all the modern amenities. We're already planning when we'll come back.

Our family of five really enjoyed our stay at James and Paula’s home. It was exactly as advertised and they were very communicative!

Great cabin! Had everything that was listed and a few extras! Like a blender and propane grill! Such a beautiful well stocked place! The one potential downside is that there is a house directly and I mean directly next to the cabin that is not pictured or referenced in the listing. This was fine for us in the off season, we were able to get the privacy we wanted since it was vacant..but I find the listing to be slighty misleading if you're after true privacy..especially in the busy summer season. Maybe it was mentioned in the listing and I just missed it? This seems like the perfect place for a big or mulitple families! We had a great time and stayed warm in front of the wood stove. Walked the trails behind the cabin and had a lovely time! Would definitely recommend to anyone and hope to come back some day!

Eagle Heights was a great rental. Quiet and peaceful. The house is actually across the street frim the lake and not accessible or visible from the cabin. There are neighbors across the street but we never heard a peep. Outdoor lighting took away ability to see the promised stars. 3-4 steps to enter. Screen door allowed us to experience nature without the mosquitos. Shower tub. Good water pressure. Hot water. Great towels. Starter supplies in kitchen. Older decor but spotlessly clean and homey vibe. One bed firm. One softer. Laundry is accessed by going outside. Be careful if washing at night as there is a step up. My husband tripped/fell so put on the light. Coffee on the porch was lovely and to my surprise we had 2 little birds join us and one was bold enough to eat straight from my hand. We did see deer one morning as well. Regular coffee pot. If you are looking for some peace and quiet this place is great. Would recommend. Carl was SUPER responsive. GREAT HOST!!

Dylan was very communicative when we were having technical difficulties with the Internet. A cute place to stay if you plan on visiting the Olympic Peninsula.
