Incredible Beach Access !!!

The perfect condo for the small family or couple. We sit directly across the street from the Gulf and have incredible beach access. Sleeps 5 but max of 4 adults. What guests love most about this condo/complex is its location. It is within waking distance of restaurants and activities. The #1 review we get is how great the beach access is. The beach is directly across the street and has a signaled cross walk for safety and quick access. Bedroom open to hallway that leads to living room.

This is such a beautiful and well maintained home in a quiet and charming neighborhood. The owners thought of everything from kitchen amenities and bathroom supplies to nice extras for the beach. Our family immediately felt at ease in this clean and spacious home. A lot of thought was put thought into every detail. One of my favorite things was the early mornings spent on the balcony. This was the perfect place for our family to come together around the table for dinner and games but equally as perfect for us to rest and relax in our own space. Another positive was its central location to a local grocery store and some fabulous local seafood eateries. If you want to avoid overcrowded streets, this is the place for you! We have stayed in many homes over the years and this one is a favorite. I will definitely be recommending to my friends and family.

We had such a great stay! Even though the condo sits on Little Lagoon, beach access was super easy-just a short walk and you’re there. The views over the lagoon were gorgeous, especially at sunset. We loved hanging out by the pool, and the kids had fun on the tennis courts (pickleball too!). She even had racquets available, which was such a nice touch. The beds were super comfy, and the walk-in shower in the primary suite was perfect. Truly had everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway. Highly recommend!

loved our stay. very private with no units to the east. beautiful view from the porch right onto the beach. codys place was clean and exactly as described. we felt very safe at Gulf Shores Plantation. kitchen was well equipped and nice touches such as zip loc bags,parchment paper, aluminum foil , spare light bulbs , dish soap provided. Bon Secour National Wildlife refuge just 5 miles down the road has nice walking trails. Wr would stay again

My husband and I stayed for 2.5 weeks and we would return to exact same place again. The condo had gorgeous views of the ocean and beach with added bonus of seeing dolphins swimming by daily. There were many places around the area to roam including a few state parks, national sea shore and spaces to ride bike, walk, fish, etc. Condo was close to Gulf Shores, Orange Beach and Pensacola. The complex itself was finishing some renovations while we were there but we were adequately warned and so this was expected. The indoor and outdoor pools were very nice and kept clean and the beach was only steps way. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Favorite dining places ; The Jellyfish (across the street), Oyster Bar, Perdido Key Sports Bar, Lillian’s Pizza and Hub Stacie’s. Publix and Winn Dixie within 1-2 mi. Make sure to checkout Florabama down the road for great live music. We felt very safe the whole time we were in the area and look forward to checking more things off our list!

Absolutely loved Patti's Place! It was the perfect stay for our family and Patti was great to work with. She explained everything so well. The backyard area was so peaceful that I could have stayed out there the entire time. We will definitely be going back and booking Patti's house again.

A perfect spot for a couple of women wanting to escape life for a long weekend. The condo was spotless and kitchen and laundry had all the amenities you could need. The building itself is small, so plenty of carts for your luggage and no long waits for the elevator. Super close to grocery stores and lots of good restaurants (Cobalt and The Gulf) and not far from Flora-Bama, which everyone should experience at least once. And of course the beach. The view from the balcony was beautiful and it's partially covered, which was nice for the somewhat rainy one day we had. Not disappointed that we picked this place in the least.
