Well-appointed kitchenette w/utensils and cookware but why cook when right downstairs are several restaurants and a starbucks. Free wifi. Charlottesville is not a big place, so—unless you’re going up Route 29 and dealing with that traffic—the house is no more than 10-15 minutes from Monticello, UVA and / or the Downtown Mall. It’s right off the interstate, so very easy to get going out to the wineries west of town or the Blue Ridge Parkway. It was clean and quiet. I would absolutely use it again.

Monica was a fabulous host and made sure we had everything we needed well before we arrived. The house was everything we had hoped for with a beautiful view and comfortable living room from which to enjoy it. Monica has put so much effort into making the home very inviting and it shows in all of the small details. Hands down we would stay here again.

The location is beautiful and tranquil, ideal for unwinding, yet offers plenty of outdoor activities for those looking to explore and stay active. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, providing clear instructions and fantastic tips for local attractions and activities, which added an extra layer of ease and enjoyment to our trip. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend!

We loved staying at Sweet Darling! It’s a charming little house - great kitchen with everything you need, quiet neighborhood, very comfortable beds, many thoughtful touches throughout including coffee and bottled water, nice location not far from downtown. Annie’s a terrific host - quick to respond and offer any help needed. Staunton’s a fun place to explore, and the countryside around is beautiful. Perfect Airbnb vacation!

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at Shaun’s place! It looked exactly like the pictures and was soooo cute and cozy. It was spacious enough for the 11 of us to hang out and rest comfortably ☺️ We felt right at home. The kids had a blast in the downstairs room with the arcade and teens loved the hot tub. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook and I loved that there was ample linen for us to utilize plus body wash that I forgot lol we didn’t even make it to the indoor water park that’s a few minutes away as planned because we were having so much fun at the home! THANK YOU Shaun for an amazing stay! We loved your place!

The house is really nice; exceptionally clean and the beds are super comfy. Lots of space; GREAT kitchen area! The streets in the neighborhood, however, are very narrow and the houses are very close together. The train runs below so that was a little noisy. The bedrooms are on the lower level (basement) and upstairs, so if stairs are a problem, this is not a place for you! But we enjoyed our stay and so did our dog, Maya!
