Amalia was quick to respond and her explanations were very clear. We tried a very local small restaurant not far away. A lovely immersion with the locals. A little far from the Fortuna if your goal is to have a foothold to spend your days there. And advice, don't listen to Google maps that takes a shortcut by land, follow The main paved roads. In short, a beautiful product to discover and encourage Amalia's beautiful project.

We enjoyed staying here and experiencing all the wildlife around us. The space was clean and had everything we needed. The outdoor areas were fun to explore and watch for animals. Also enjoyed the pool!

Amazing shipping container accomodations. Very nice, clean place with a beautiful garden area. Convenient location for exploring the La Fortuna area. Fabio is very friendly and helpful with lots of great recommendations for things to do in the area.

Oh my goodness- this is a little paradise that we were so sad to leave on check out day! Sandra has an amazing set up here- the locals who live on the ranch (Ronaldo, Damaris, Henry, Esperanza) catered to our needs (meals, activities) and made us feel right at home. Our rooms in the bunk house are clean, comfortable, and well furnished and close to all the action. We had 2 breakfasts and 2 dinners on site and even my picky teens licked their plates clean- Damaris is an excellent cook! It was very rainy during our stay so we couldn't do the horseback riding or waterfall hike- we will have to do those when we visit next time!- but Sandra arranged for us to milk cows, make homemade queso fresco from our milk, feed the pig, helped arrange for our tour to the Venados Caves nearby- she is the best host! We will return for sure- my kids say this was their favorite stop on our weeklong Costa Rica adventure.
