Monthly Rentals in Filadelfia

We spent a week in the wonderful cottage - everything is very lovingly designed, directly to feel good! The location is unsurpassed, surrounded by nature, very quiet and perfect for a relaxing time. But the connection to other charming villages is also very good. The fireplace in the house gives the possibility for cozy evenings, even on still cool days. Francesco was always available to us and helped us every step of the way. Thank you very much for that and the wonderful break we had in your place, we will be happy to come back! :)

We don’t have enough room to say all the wonderful things we want to say about Francesco as a host, or his wonderful, cozy apartment! He made us feel right at home! The bed was soooo comfortable! The kitchen the perfect size for a traveling vacationer AND for preparing a little get together with my husband’s numerous family. The location is incredibly convenient and accessible. Grocery shopping within less than a block. Coffee shops, pasticcerias, restaurants, great shopping, all walkable!

Their genuine hospitality and the community’s warmth turned my stay into an unforgettable experience. The house itself is charming, immaculate, and filled with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. But the real magic lies in the hosts. Concetta and Nicola go above and beyond to ensure their guests feel comfortable and cared for. They provided excellent local recommendations, shared delicious local produce, and always made sure I had everything I needed. As an example, my flight was in the middle of the night, and I wasn’t sure how to get to the airport as a 25 year old solo-female traveller without a car. Without hesitation, they offered to drive me themselves. Their generosity and dedication to their guests are unparalleled. Concetta and Nicola's Airbnb is a true treasure. I can’t wait to return!
