Anne place was the best! The “Old Post Office” was beautiful and had everything we could ask for. Anne even left some nice chocolates, snacks and milk! The washer and dryer helped tremendously since we had been traveling for over a week. The location is fantastic! We walked to all the bars in the village. We were right next door to The Igoe Bar and across the street from Morrissey’s Pub. About two blocks on the Main Street there are two more bars, Turbidy’s and Comerford’s. They both were great places! Friendly people and the food at Turbidy’s was fantastic! There a little store with everything you might need on the Main Street too. We loved Doonbeg and Anne’s place. We will be back!

Very enjoyable stay in this lovely family home. Ideal for families with plenty of toys in the play room and a huge garden. Location was a little remote with cafes and restaurants a good distance away. However, ideal if you wanted rural peace and quiet. Well equipped kitchen including a slow cooker. Great for home catering! Justin was a great host and answered my questions promptly.

I can’t say enough about Marie and Thomas and the place. She was very helpful with advice about the surrounding area, and her husband Thomas let my son Joaquin help milk their cows, which was a great experience! The place was spacious and lovely and warm. If you want a rustic, off-the-beaten-path experience then I recommend this place most highly

Thank you so much for the wonderful holiday! The house and the terrace are simply beautiful, with a stunning view that invites relaxation. There are also many special destinations in the surrounding area for excursions. The house is well-equipped, so we had everything we needed and felt completely at ease.
