Vacation rentals with a patio in Ferntree Gully

Perfect place to stay while having a loved one in hospital. Easy to access and super responsive host. Before our stay they have issues with getting a cleaner but they were super amazing at providing us multiple options while we waited for the cleaner. Very responsive host and happy to answer all questions. The parking space was perfect. Highly recommend.

Magda is truly lovely and very responsive. Although we checked in late due to a flight delay, she provided clear instructions for us to retrieve our key. The place is cozy and felt like home, equipped with all the amenities we needed for our short stay. One downside, in my opinion, is that I would have preferred having a separate bin in the bathroom for sanitary purposes. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay at this place.

A perfect apartment as a base to explore Melbourne. The place is light, quiet and very clean. Ryan was an outstanding host who is accomodating and easy to communicate with. Thoroughly recommend Ryan’s apartment and would happily stay here again.

Ellen's place was very well placed and a great place to stay for a week. Close to the station and lots of restaurants and shops. Highly recommend.

Janette’s place was perfect for our needs - my parents, me & my two kids felt very comfortable. Photos didn’t do it justice. Excellent location and host communication. We would definitely come back.

Frazer’s place was amazing! Me and my parents had a very pleasant stay. The location was perfect bcs it was close to tram, train station (flagstaff station), and close to the pick up point for a tour which was at Radisson Hotel (we took Philip Island and Great Ocean Road tour). Plus there was a great brunch cafe right under the building! The room itself was very spacious! The kitchenette is very complete. I asked rice cooker and they bought it! As asian that meant a lot. There was a big comfy sofa bed at the living room. There was a construction right in front of the patio but it didn’t disturb anything, we still enjoyed the view and had a very nice stay. I’d like to recommend this to anyone who wants to make the most of their time in Melbourne.

Lisa’s hours was in a perfect location for us. It’s was clean, close to public transport and shops. She responded to any messages we sent promptly as well. We will definitely see if this place is available again in the future.

Catharine’s place was exactly what we were looking for as a group of friends catching up from across Australia. Beautiful house, great location, lovely host communications (including a lovely unexpected welcome gift), and everything we needed for warm and cold weather. We walked into town for meals and massages, ate and cooked at the house, enjoyed the back deck for sunshine and fireplace for nighttime warmth, and found everything we would find in our own family’s homes. Well done Catharine. Only thing of note for non-locals, getting from the airport to Sorrento is quite a hike, so plan time for public transport via bus and train, or have a private transport option. Uber does service but requires planning.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool was amazing. Ended up using the pool heater, highly recommend. Will stay again in the future

Had a lovely stay at Matthew and Connie's place. Loved being able to walk to the shops and restaurants on Koornang Rd - we didn't do a lot of cooking! Plenty of space for our family of four plus dog.

We have stayed in this home 3 times. It's always up to a high standard. Javier is easy to get in touch with if needed. Great hosts!

What a quirky little place in the middle of bushy Elwood. Holly was a great host and was easy to communicate with. The house sleeps 6 comfortably and has a great little outside uncover area. Close to shops and public transport. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be staying again.

Lovely neat accommodation, thoughtful touches like toiletries, tea and coffee and extra blankets. Brendan was very proactive with his communication and even offered an early check in! Very happy with our stay.

Meary was a great host made every effort to accommodate my wishes. As an ex motel owner I am fussy. I was the first late checking and was expected to revert to an email sent with normal checking conditions to identify the number of the apartment. Given the errors in the checking standard document I had no faith in the apartment number. I disturbed Meary at 1:30am requesting this apartment number - she provided immediately and all was good from their. Great stay lovely apartment.

Our family of 8 had a great stay at Lee’s place. We got to see hot air balloon early in the morning, the view was amazing. The apartment was clean and has everything that we need for. The ventilation at each room was great especially during summer season. Will book the stay again when we are back. Thanks for the great apartment!

Natalia was definitely an amazing host, super flexible and most importantly friendly. My car felt super safe and secure as there is parking onsite as well as street parking, 1 min walk from the train station and can see the beach the minute you walk onto the street. I recommend this place to anyone planning on staying in the Williamstown area not only due to the actual accomodation but having Natalia as a host was an absolute pleasure.

Perfect quite spot close to shops

Had a great stay in Brunswick. Massive balcony and great views. Comfy beds and nice clean apartment. Only issue was the water pump making a squeaking sound after using the main bathroom.
