Vacation rentals with a patio in Ferntree Gully

David’s place is great for an extended stay. We stayed 5 days and was a good sized place for our needs. Yarraville village is an easy 15 min walk and great cafes and local shops. The place is in a small complex on the ground floor and easily accessible. Was a $22 Uber to get to the Tennis at Rod Laver Arena. We sat out on the balcony, had a wine and enjoyed the serenity! Happy to recommend to others.

We had a great time staying with loads to do locally! It provided a great base for us!

The apartment was bright, full of light, with a well stocked kitchen. It was nicely furnished with comfortable beds. There were nearby parks , which is great for families with kids. Would highly recommend.

The place itself was amazing and everything we could’ve wanted. Location was walkable to everything we wanted. We had a great check out with Tikali helping accommodate us with holding our bags. 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone

Rod’s place was easy to find. I loved the kitchen (complete with pans and utensils) since I need to prep food for my baby. Also, there is a washing machine and dryer which is a plus. The host is nice and very responsive. Would recommend this place and will definitely book again. Thank you so much for hosting us!

Easy stroll to great shopping centre, bus and metro services. A very comfortable apartment with all the facilities needed for a hassle free visit. Any questions were always answered promptly and with clarity and with good humour for a visitor.

Maria’s house is beautiful, and certainly very spacious! Everything is incredibly comfortable, and it has a very relaxing atmosphere. The garden is huge, with a beautiful oak tree, and would be lovely to sit under in the warmer weather. It is in very quiet area that is close to Maling road, and would be easy to get to the city from. Maria is lovely to communicate with, and left us a little treat! We would thoroughly recommend staying here! Thank you :)

As a young family with two kids, we chose to stay at Ivy's given how convenient it was for us to get there, and wanting a pool all to ourselves. The house and garden was spotless, the (heated) pool was super clean too and they have a robot cleaner so you barely have to do anything to enjoy it. The house has modern appliances and the kitchen is well equipped. Ivy was super responsive and easy to communicate with. The house is on a courtbowl, and not once we heard any noise coming from the neighbouring properties. Highly recommended.

I had a great stay and the place was super tidy . The mall is within walking distance so it’s quite convenient. The only drawback was the noise of cars as the unit faces the main road. But that’s just my perception as I’m a light sleeper. Otherwise I had a very pleasant stay and the host was very responsive. Would recommend guests to stay here.

Had a lovely stay at Matthew and Connie's place. Loved being able to walk to the shops and restaurants on Koornang Rd - we didn't do a lot of cooking! Plenty of space for our family of four plus dog.

Holly was a very good host with clear and proactive communication. The home has a “homely” neighbourhood feel to it rather a stark impersonal place to stay.

A great place to stay, quiet location but still walking distance to all the attractions of Southbank and local shops and restaurants. Spacious, clean and well appointed facilities. Nice bathrooms with great water pressure and clean linen, air conditioning works well. Fantastic, fast, friendly communication with host. Highly recommended.

My family and I had a beautiful stay over summer in Sid’s place in Seaford. The flat is 5 min walk to the beach - it’s lovely, light-filled, clean and spacious, with every amenity you could need. It’s at the back of the block so very quiet (no traffic noise, despite being on a main road) and surrounded by a garden and a creek. You can sit at the dining table, outside or lie on the couch and watch the birds and sunrise/sunset skies. The beds and pillows were particularly comfortable, and the kitchen, bathroom and laundry have the basics. While I did have an issue initially with the remote, it turned out to need a new battery - Sid was extremely helpful and prompt. A great stay - we’ll be back the next time we visit our family in SE Melbourne.

My stay at this condo was absolutely fantastic. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Melbourne CBD, making it incredibly convenient to access all the city has to offer. From restaurants to shops and attractions, everything was just a short walk away. The check-in and check-out process was seamless and easy to follow, which made my arrival and departure stress-free. The host provided clear instructions and was very responsive, adding to the overall positive experience. A delightful surprise was the neighboring room, which had friendly cats that would occasionally greet me. Their presence added a cozy, homey touch to my stay. Overall, this condo was a perfect home base for exploring Melbourne. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and centrally located place to stay.

We're a family of three and had a fabulous stay at the apartment. The place is nice and modern, very quiet, clean, has all essentials. The tram leaves right at the front door, the supermarket is around the corner, and the neighbourhood walk in the Docklands is delightful. Pool and car park were nice treats as well. We would definitely stay again.

The accommodation was in a great location for local Brunswick amenities, coffee, food, pubs, shops, train etc. Lovely balcony with great views across the city and sunset. Main bed was comfy and two bathrooms were handy. A couple of small points to note….we have a bum shuffler baby and although the floor appeared to be swept it definitely wasn’t mopped. We stayed here twice and she was always black after 30 mins on the floor which didn’t happen anywhere else. Also the fuse box which was based in second bedroom buzzed loudly around every 3/4 minutes. My mum stayed in there one night when she looked after our daughter and mentioned it and in our second visit here it was much more noticeable. Overall a lovely property and great location.
