We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Glen Iris at what is a beautiful family home hosted by Dave. The area is very leafy, with a safe walkable vibe, close to public transport, walking trails (and has great freeway access for those who are driving). The home was very well equipped, a heritage weatherboard home at the front that has been beautifully extended at the rear, with master bedroom joining a large lounge room featuring high ceiling with a lovely fireplace and chandelier light that completes an excellent package for entertaining (not to mention the superb dining area adjoining the kitchen). Outside the home has an incredible gardens with an abundance of flowering plants flanking a tranquil swimming pool at the back garden with a deck area which invites outdoor dining. I would highly recommend for family groups looking for a safe + convenient place to stay with great access to central and metropolitan Melbourne.

We loved staying here, specifically the kids loved the pool - it rained during our stay but the heating in the pool didn’t stop anyone. We were given great recommendations for local spots to eat and enjoy. The home was lovely, spacious enough to not feel like we were on top of each other but cosy enough to enjoy everyone’s company. As a young family with two kids, we chose to stay at Ivy's given how convenient it was for us to get there, and wanting a pool all to ourselves. The house and garden was spotless, the (heated) pool was super clean too and they have a robot cleaner so you barely have to do anything to enjoy it. The house has modern appliances and the kitchen is well equipped. Ivy was super responsive and easy to communicate with. The house is on a courtbowl, and not once we heard any noise coming from the neighbouring properties. Highly recommended.

A nice place for a summer family getaway!

If i could give 6 stars I would. Anna and Alex are friendly and responsive always communicating even when overseas. We have stayed at a lot of homes (10+ over the years) this is by far the best. The house is clean, modern, large for a big group, well stocked with every amenity you couild think of and the pool was well used by the kids. The location is perfect on the Bellarine Peninsula, minutes from beaches, the Adventure park or the Geelong Boardwalk. Restaurants and Cafes are very handy. I would recommend this house to families or groups who are looking for a break away from the Melbourne lifestyle, you won't be dissapointed.

If you're looking for a quiet property to take refuge by the beach with family in Portsea, look no further. The home is located very close to Shelley Beach for strolls along the water. The property is very well appointed and accommodated by two girls, my parents and myself for a few days. The grounds are very well maintained the the pool is sublime.

The Mooring was a great base for our family’s summer holiday. The home was well appointed with excellent off street parking for multiple vehicles. It was very easy to self cater with everything we needed in the kitchen and the BBQ outside as well. We enjoyed lots of different walks from the Moorings into town, to the bay and to local parks and playgrounds.

Great location. The house is really good for wheelchair users with ramps and wide hallways. One of the bathrooms has a large, accessible shower with a shower rail and adjustable shower head. However you cannot leave the house via wheelchair as the driveway and little hill outside are too steep.

A great place to relax and enjoy all that the Yarra Valley has to offer. A cosy and comfortable place surrounded by nature that can be appreciated both inside (from all rooms) and outside on the inviting deck. Jonathan was a great host and everything required was at hand. Locally made bathroom products were also a nice touch ( did have to purchase some to take home). Thank you Jonathan for sharing this special place. Hope to return again. This was such a great place to stay while experiencing all that Melbourne has to offer. The home was walking distance to so many places and attractions in the city, yet still quiet enough to properly relax and recuperate. The house was beautiful and very well appointed, and Miami was a great host. It was an enjoyable stay.

Our family had a fantastic stay at Liz's accomodation. She was extremely accommodating with the arrangements for our twin toddlers, providing an extra high chair, toys and kids table. The property is well located near the heart of Healesville but is also extremely quiet and peaceful. We used it as a base for exploring the Yarra Valley. Our kids love saying hi to the chickens in the yard and was sad to have said goodbye to them. We would definitely stay again if we come back to the area. Thank you Liz.

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful terrace house - with its own pool! Marco was on hand to let us in and show us around the house. The interior design of the house and the gardens are beautiful while the kitchen has everything a chef could need! The house is within walking distance of the Acland St shops and only 300m from the nearest tram station. It was very comfortable accomodation for our family of four. Very highly recommended. Marco was a very generous host. We feel very lucky we were able to stay here!

Beautiful house, had all the amenities we needed. Close to the Showgrounds (we were visiting for equitana). Secure and safe. Very quiet street. Fantastic value for money. Had a small issue with the dishwasher on check in. It was replaced the next day! Very impressed with the host and the house. Thank you

Great stay, place is well serviced and in a good location. We stayed as a 4 person young family and all the amenities were super useful.

We enjoyed staying at Edwin’s place. It was lovely and clean. The home is in a great location. It is quiet and has a large fenced backyard which is pet friendly. We did not have any hot water the first night we were there. They had someone come and fix it the next morning. They have an EV charger but there is a cost to use this if you are needing it. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend.

Wow, this was such a gorgeous place to stay the night before our wedding and the night of. My bridal party and I got ready here for the wedding during the day and it was just perfect. We got some incredible photos with our photographer in the space too. It was a quiet, peaceful, relaxing place with great facilities, great bathrooms, really comfy beds, everything really nice and clean. So close to our venue too (The Farm Yarra Valley). Thanks Bec for the special extra touches and for making our wedding stay so memorable. It was a couple of days we will never forget and your place played a huge part in that! Xx
