We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Orchard Barn! Chris was an exceptional host, going above and beyond to make our experience memorable. He was prompt, friendly, and eager to ensure we had everything we needed. On the day of our arrival, he asked what time we'd arrive to ensure he could be there to check us in. Chris gave us a walkthrough of the amenities, including how to use the fantastic hot tub and sauna. As a newlywed couple, I asked him to add a little extra touch for our stay, and he truly exceeded our expectations. The space was beautifully decorated with flowers, rose petals, a delicious cake, a bottle of Nozeco (as I requested non-alcoholic drinks), and a lovely card. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and it made our stay even more special. The highlight of the property was definitely the private indoor hot tub and sauna, which Chris maintained every day to ensure everything was perfect. The Orchard Barn was the perfect retreat for us, and we can’t recommend it enough

We had a wonderful stay with all our family to celebrate a special birthday - we loved the house, all able to eat together around the table was wonderful, enjoying chatting and drinking in the beautiful lounge and the younger ones loved the hot tub and braver ones the swimming pool. Great position for all the lovely New Forest areas and walks

A great break away for a few days with my Children.. The hosts (Susie/Sarah) are absolutely fabulous and were very accommodating before and during the stay. We visited Alum Bay and took the chair lift down to the beach and then a boat ride to see the Needles. The property has everything you require for a stay and even has a large fridge/Freezer to accommodate food should you if you decide to cook. A welcome basket of food including a few essentials was a nice touch! The hot tub was a massive hit with my son who was in it constantly. Thanks guys

Myself and 3 girlfriends stayed at the lazy lodge for two nights and we had such a lovely time. The check in was easy and Mark was very helpful. The weather was awful, but that didn't make a difference because the lodge was so cozy and warm. It's very private from the main house and certainly a quiet area. The hot tub was great, the only recommendation I'd make is to have the hot tub room more zen-like. Some darker tones would be easier for relaxing and someone to stand drinks. I'd also recommend extra towels for the hot tub to avoid soaking the normal ones. I would also suggest kitchen towel or tea towels for the kitchen area. Overall a fantastic stay and I would certainly re-visit. Thank you for hosting us!

We stayed as 6 adults and 4 kids and it was a great space. It’s a large house so we never felt on top of each other, plenty of kitchen space, toys for the kids and a great garden for them to use. It was very clean and had amazing amenities such as toys, dvds, lots of kitchenware and games. Two double rooms and a big bathroom are upstairs, with 2 big doubles downstairs and a further double up the spiral staircase - not an option for kids/anyone with difficulties as they do mention. Hot tub was great and a lovely quiet peaceful place to stay

Our family of five had a lovely time at 1 Dairy and found some very nice and unexpected touches such as a box of age appropriate toys for our toddler and games for the older two. Kristina and family were excellent hosts, the property was immaculate, and when our kids somehow managed to break a ceramic toilet roll holder, they declined our offer to pay for a replacement as “these things happen” which was very kind. The towels and bedding were super luxurious and comfortable, and we greatly appreciated the ikea cot and mattress rather than a travel cot as we’ve had in other places. The master bed was brilliant - so much so that we are looking to buy a similar one for ourselves! The master bathroom was lovely, and the shower water pressure was brilliant - we also really appreciated the skylights for letting in fresh air. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend it!

My parents had an amazing one-month stay at Laura’s Airbnb! The apartment was exactly as described. Clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was perfect, close to local shops, restaurants, and public transportation, which made exploring the area so easy. Laura was incredibly welcoming, quick to respond to any questions. Another great stay here in Wimborne. The dining area is great for accommodating four people comfortably as is the sitting room. There are two double sofas, which are very comfy. The wood burner is a great bonus. It is also fab that the kitchen is really well stocked and we enjoyed a lovely roast dinner here. It’s a hop, skip and a jump into the centre of town with lots of independent retailers and decent high street chains. We’ll be back.

A beautiful large cottage in a wonderful area. Hilary was a great host with her communication, recommendations and was very accommodating with our request to bring two cats. We would recommend this place to anyone- loads of space, gorgeous farm setting and very cosy!

Great place to host a family Christmas. Kitchen well equipped, bedrooms comfortable and bathrooms spotless. The living space was cosy with the log burner, and it was beautifully decorated for Christmas. We loved the location - perfect for walks and handy for the pub! The host was very friendly and quick to respond, and provided everything we needed. Loved it so much we are already planning to do it all again next year.

We stayed for new year as wanted a quiet break away. Richard was so accommodating and sent excellent check in arrangements. The summer house is just lovely. Ideal for a short get away. Just a short drive from Lymington and likewise the national park for walking. The kitchen had been updated and Richard communicated this in an email before we arrived. I will definitely book again. Absolutely loved my stay.

Beautiful, well designed with some thoughtful touches. So helpful to have tea and coffee and a lovely little snack box on arrival. The layout worked perfectly for us. Loved having extra chill out space downstairs. Lots of helpful info shared ahead of the visit and Justin was very responsive.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Very clean and welcoming, goodies in the fridge were a lovely touch. We wanted somewhere within walking distance of the beach and here was just perfect and the walk in the Chine. The dog bowl and blanket added a personal touch too. I will definitely book here again when we are back down visiting this area. Thank you so much for making our stay so comfortable.

We loved our New Year's break in this beautiful place. Thoughtfully decorated with many christmas-themed items especially for the season, plenty of room, spotlessly clean and very cosy thanks to a large wood burner (with firewood included!). Peter and Gwyneth were responsive and informative but largely left us to our own devices, which is exactly what we wanted. Highly recommended.

Absolutely loved staying with Terry and Amanda. Had a whole book of walks to do in the area and plenty of ideas for places to eat. Was super quiet at night which was great. Beach was really close and also had a dog section for a lab to have a good run around. Will 100% be back

We stayed here for my husband’s birthday as a family of two adults, three children, our small dog and my mother in law. It was a lovely clean spacious caravan with an amazing view. We had gorgeous weather which really was the icing on the cake. When we arrived it was easy to find and there were biscuits and cakes left for us by Caroline. We also went to Haven reception and they gave us free entertainment passes which meant we could visit the entertainment in the evenings with the children. We’d definitely love to stay again! Gorgeous, well equipped house in peaceful surroundings. We wanted somewhere that we could unwind as a family after a busy few months with work and exams and this was perfect. Access to the pool was the cherry on the cake. Catherine and Sarah were great hosts.

Clean, warm and very reasonably priced. Had to ring host in order to find the stay but they were helpful and responsive.

Absolutely loved staying here! The place was incredibly clean, and the park had lots of things to do. Had an amazing sleep here as the beds were so comfortable, sheets were fresh and clean, and the environment was very quiet. Would stay here again!

Had a lovely break at Sandhills. The caravan was in a perfect spot with all the home from home comforts. Gareth and Marie were very helpful and prompt with any questions I had prior to our arrival. The park and surrounding area is very dog friendly and our dog loved her early morning walks on the beach.

Lovely caravan in a beautiful location. So close to the beach. The caravan had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable.

We were a party of 12 adult long standing friends all in our late 60/ early 70`s. We did enjoy the weekend, the property is amazing, excellent kitchen facilities with plenty of everything to make catering easy for a large group especially as we chose to BBQ two nights. We bought all the meat on the way in at Ferndene farm shop and can definitely recommend it. The hot tub was well used and the provision of bath robes was great. Lots to do in the area and not far from the coastal walks at Milford on Sea. Plenty of space inside and outside as well as a washer and dryer should you need it. Some observations. Instructions for access not clear. Who has responsibility, Airbnb or Shorefield? Plumbing issue took more than 24hrs to resolve. Stair gate across top of stairs a possible trip hazard for older guests i.e. us. Settee is too low and too wide for some us to get up and down from. Realise most of your guests are probably much younger with families, hence need for stairgate.

the caravan was beautiful and the view over the bay was stunning! Loved the extras like soap, oil etc being left for others to use and also blue rays to watch or books to read. A very peaceful relaxing winter break!
