What a great home Derek offers! Nicely furnished, clean, well-stocked, great location. Gleason Park…just a couple of blocks away, is a wonderful resource. Hard to find any faults in this home! We (plus our 11.5 year old Lab) had a great stay!

The Surf Shack was the ideal place for my week stay in Fort Pierce! The location was perfect for what I was in town for and also very close to the beach, downtown, and anything else I needed. It was a cozy and comfortable place to come home to after a long and busy day and had everything I needed. Will definitely see if it is available if I am in town again next year.

Condo was just what I was looking for. Great location, short drive to the great Melbourne beach. I love to fish and there were great palaces close by. Michelle is a great Host very friendly and had some great recommendations for local places.

He is a super responsive and friendly host! Went here with a few friends for a mini stay-cation and it was wonderful. The place was spotless when I went in, lots of amenities, a full kitchen with a plethora of utensils, and the pool & hot tub was amazing. Anytime I had any questions, Tim would respond within 10-15 minutes. Lovely place and definitely would book again.

We had a fantastic 4-day stay at the Mini Melby in Melbourne, Florida! The mini home was spotless, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The location was ideal for our plans, and we couldn't have asked for a better setup. I would highly recommend the Mini Melby to anyone visiting the area—and we’d absolutely stay here again!

The home was beautiful inside and outside. The outdoor area felt like a personal oasis and the home had everything we could think of and more. So glad we chose to stay here for our family vacation!

Loved it. Spent a couple nights with family at a crowded Orlando resort before we came here, this was exactly what we wanted. Quiet, serene, peaceful. 3 pools plus the ocean. Spent a whole day just driving around checking things out! Loved it!

If you're looking for a quaint, old style, Florida home, this is the place! Nestled in a quiet, safe neighborhood that's centrally located to stores and the beach. The screened in porch adds a bonus room to the home. Richard was great to work with and we always enjoyed our friendly interactions with him. We liked it so much we've already booked another month plus stay next year.
