Cottage vacation rentals in Fayette County

Deborah greeted us when we arrived and made us feel so welcomed and at home!! We were absolutely blown away by her hospitality! In the years we have been coming to Antiques Week, we have stayed many places in and around Round Top and Deborah’s charming cabin exceeds them all! She has thought of every detail and has stocked her cabin with everything a guest would need or want during their stay. From the fluffy towels and robes to the well stocked fridge and kitchen, to the comfortable beds and bedding…we were truly so impressed and HAPPY!! Every morning we enjoyed home baked muffins and mimosas on the back porch, and in the evening we returned to sip a glass of wine in the same spot! We will return!!

Me and my grandchildren really enjoyed our stay! The property is beautiful with its pastures, the pond, the swimming pool/hot tub, and the pavilion. The house was very clean, and so cute with its farmhouse and cow decor. The kids loved fishing, swimming, and swinging on the tree swing, and I enjoyed the peace and relaxation after a day of shopping. I look forward to staying there again when we visit Round Top!

10/10 Stay, if you're looking for a peaceful getaway this is it. Easy to find, clean and cozy. The ponies were adorable and so friendly. This was a quick trip but I would definitely stay again just hopefully for a longer duration!

Love staying here - the scenery is unbeatable with giant old oak trees, the surroundings are peaceful and the wildflowers were gorgeous! The wigwam house is comfortable and has everything you need. Will stay again.

This was our second stay at the Cottages and I can’t say enough good things about this property. It is private, cozy, clean and we always feel at home. We are excited to return for the Fall show and stay again. Thank you Paloma for always being so responsive. The sweet dog on the porch is a bonus. He always greeted us with such excitement ❤️

We absolutely loved our stay. After a slight hiccup at check-in, our host was very responsive and took care of all our requests quickly. The house was perfect for our needs and our dog loved the backyard. I would definitely stay again. Thank you for a great stay for our Round Top trip.

This was the second time for my family to gather at this house for a Winedale weekend. The house is very comfortable with peaceful surroundings. Our hosts were very gracious and helpful. Location is ideal for family or friends coming to enjoy Shakespeare at Winedale. Highly recommended!

Another wonderful stay at one of Marie's listings. Absolutely loved the cottage - cozy and comfortable. Perfect size space. All the necessary amenities and then some. Great location for Round Top shopping.

Overall, I was pleased with our stay here. The property is in a rural location, set back a little ways from the highway and a good distance away from neighbors. I enjoy rural settings like this. I had no complaints, but both nights when we were getting ready for bed, there was a spider in the bed. No big deal in my opinion, it is a rural setting after all, but my fiancee wasn't very happy about this. I'm not posting this to be negative, but to inform people that this IS a country setting and is a possibility. Both nights I caught the spider and released him outside, no big deal. I also gave a 3 star rating as far as being happy with the bang for your buck. Again, not being negative, but in my experience I've gotten more for my money almost every time I've used Airbnb. For example, no access to a washer and dryer at this rental. Overall I was very happy and would definitely stay here again, though. Very peaceful.

I had a wonderful stay at this property during the Round Top Antique Festival! The stay was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for enjoying everything the festival has to offer. It was the perfect retreat after long days of exploring. The hosts were thoughtful and responsive, making the experience even better. I’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This is such a great place to get away and relax. It is close enough to Round Top to do shopping and restaurants, but still in the country and very peaceful. Hosts are great at communicating, and bring a breakfast in the morning. This is our second stay , and it is still a great spot. We will be back.
