We had a fantastic time at Laura's cabin! Our son had so much fun exploring the farm, and watching the cows and goats. We also enjoyed drinking our coffee while watching the birds at the bird feeder each morning. The cabin itself was beautiful with many touches referencing the history of the cabin. We really enjoyed being able to use the farm store by the cabin as well. It was very centrally located, allowing us to easily do day-trips to Red River Gorge, Lexington, and Winchester. Overall, we had a great time and would highly recommend this stay!

Natalies place was perfect for what we needed. Central to all the places we wanted to visit. Very clean. Natalies father Hoppy was a gentleman and explained the history of the farm and even drove us to Ashford Stud Farm since he was going there and showed us the farm which was the highlight of our stay. It’s hard to believe this place is real!! Coming from Boston to this beautiful, peaceful property was just what we needed. I think my favorite part was rocking in a rocking chair watching the horses graze and play. 10/10!!! We will definitely stay here again! ( also was very comfortable, had everything we needed and was very clean) Thanks for having us!

What a lovely place in the middle of horse country. The cottage is very private and quiet. Nice, homey decor, and everything you could want for a nice stay. The owners are very responsive, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying here.

We stayed here for about 2 weeks. My husband, I and our 4 kids, 16,13,12 and 5. This is a simple home, simple living with beautiful surroundings. Its a great place to get away. We thank Judy so much for accommodating us and our family.

3rd time we have stayed here. It is a very beautiful and peaceful place. The mornings and evenings on the deck with coffee or a drink are amazing. Alona makes this place what it is. She is very attentive and helpful, always ready to help you make your stay a memorable one.

I’ve stayed in many AirBnbs and this was the most unique, beautiful and homey. I’ve actually never seen a place that showed so much admiration for its surroundings and honored its history as this cottage does. When you come here, take good care to look at all of the details - they remind you that you have found your new Kentucky home. The surroundings are peaceful and quiet. You will literally feel your heart slow down. Many thanks to John who was helpful and communicative before, during and after my stay. Perfect host.

Wow! What a place to recharge and ground yourself! Beautiful, peaceful, comfortable, and definitely will be back as soon as we can. Barbara was an excellent host, very accommodating. The goats were so entertaining and friendly. The hammock and fairy lights were a welcome addition to the laidback atmosphere. Thank you Barbara for the best weekend away from home ♥️

We had a lovely stay at Alison’s cottage in Berea. We enjoyed the walkability and the options for food and artisan shops in the area. The house was very, very cute and cozy. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes for drinks and cooking. We ate out most of the time but enjoyed coffee in the morning. Small detail but there were ice cubes ready for us when we prepared our drinks in the evening. We had forgotten to buy ice and were happy that small detail was ready. My favorite part of the house is the little office/sunroom area. I had my coffee there in the morning and watched the rain. Great location and great communication. Will stay in the future when we come to Berea.

This home is absolutely beautiful. We loved everything about the peaceful space. Everything was super clean, and the master bed was extremely comfortable (we didn’t use the twin beds). The master bath had jets in the tub, and a water softener attached to the shower head which made my hair feel great. The best part was how close the wildlife adventure was to us. The animals were so well taken care of, and their space was impressively clean. We loved the animals.

When I come to Kentucky this is the only place I want to stay. It is close to the Horse Park and everything else I needed to do. I love the way they decorated the home. It was comfortable and very cute.

Tim was very responsive before we arrived to keep us up to date on the weather. He had a fresh dozen of eggs in the fridge for us! He took time out of his day to recommend restaurants and gave us a tour of all the farm animals. We drove over 10 hours from NY to see a concert in Lexington and we are already trying to plan our next trip to stay at this Airbnb. It was so peaceful, clean, and very organized. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Highly recommend this place!!!

We had a wonderful stay! The space was impeccably clean, beautifully designed (even better than the photos!), and the surrounding property was peaceful and absolutely gorgeous. The farm animals—dogs, horses, cows, and chickens—added so much charm and made our experience even more special. If you're looking for a relaxing and unique getaway, we highly recommend staying here!

We had the best time during our stay—it was everything we needed and more. The setting was incredibly peaceful, and being surrounded by nature was such a gift. Every detail felt thoughtful and intentional. We especially loved the bathtubs—they were perfect for relaxing after a day on the town (which was absolutely delightful!). I could go on and on. This is an excellent place to gather with a large family or team! Plenty of room and super comfortable beds. Internet did not work two of the three days of our gathering, but this seemingly was beyond the control of the host.

This was a great private location. Lots of room to spread out. The house is clean and as described. I would definitely recommend this location especially if you are looking for a nice peaceful getaway. We will be back.

Amazing place, when staying in the area this will definitely be first picks. Very peaceful and great scenery with the horses in the fields.

We had An amazing time staying at Emily’s! My daughter was out early every morning to say hi to the horses and loved the kitty and dogs visiting too! Beds were comfy!

Our stay at Anne’s was perfect! She was very responsive and accommodating from the moment we booked, through check out. The property was exactly as described.; cozy and comfy! The location was ideal for our family to stay during opening weekend of Keenland. Short drive to the track and town. The country setting is gorgeous and very private. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend! We will definitely return.

We LOVE this home! I was there on business and my tram and myself stay at this home and it was the perfect place to come back to after a busy day! The host was wondereful and helpful! We even say horses in the field across the way

Absolutely recommend staying here y’all! It was SO peaceful & private. The farm house was charming & plenty of space for a set of 4 adults. The property is spacious & lots to explore. The trail system on the land gave us a Sunday morning time to hike before traveling. We loved that our dog was welcome & she loved exploring. One night was not enough & we cannot wait to come back when the pool is open. Thanks SO much from WV 💚

Our group of 6 highly recommends this Airbnb to anyone traveling near Lexington. The location is beautiful and the home was immaculately clean. Laura welcomed us with a card, snacks, and a bottle of wine. The pantry was also lightly stocked with the basic necessities which made cooking a breeze. We hope to visit again in the future and will plan on exploring the beautiful farms surrounding the area.
