Great location! Walking distance to campus and downtown. Spent a wonderful weekend with family visiting my son that goes to UK. Would highly recommend!

This place is stunning! I loved the interior design and loved all the small details. It was in a great location to all things Lexington. We loved that it was located above a local grocery store and it was super convenient to have below us if we needed any snacks or drinks. I definitely will be looking to stay here again next time I’m in Lexington!

Was a very spacious and beautiful place to stay. Loved the comfortable bed and fantastic warm shower! Had what we needed for 3 nights and owner was quick and responsive to a request we made. Would stay there again. Highly recommend this air bnb.

Great stay. The three things that stood out where: 1. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. 2. Very responsive owner. Quick replies. Had a entry way keypad issue, was resolved immediately. 3. Very clean accommodations. The only recommendation/suggestion I would give for this space would be to update to modern smart TV's (like a Roku) and possibly provide some type of blue tooth speaker system. At the end of the day, we were happy with our stay. It offered great value, and we would stay there again without hesitation.

I stayed at Allison’s property for multiple months while relocating to the area, she’s wonderful host and helped with anything I needed. Took care of frozen pipes during a very cold period, extremely quickly. Would recommend to stay with her to everyone!

Great place to stay on the bourbon trail! Easy to find with lots of street parking. Camille was a responsive host and provided a clean and cozy space.

We had a great time at this location. There was this great place down the road with shops, eateries, a lovely coffee place. It was in walking distance. The beds were very comfortable , and we felt right a home. There was even a small porch with a table and chairs.

This property was very clean, well equipped, and Carrera was responsive and even checked to see if we needed anything. There were coffee pods which we appreciated. The house is in a very walkable area and convenient to downtown . Would definitely stay here again!

What a wonderful place to stay within easy reach of Hwy 64! I only spent one night as I was traveling through the area, but I loved the farm setting which was private, quiet, and beautiful. Rebecca was a great host and allowed me to visit with her animals while she was caring and feeding them. The apartment was clean and very comfortable with an outside patio perfect for enjoying the outdoors. I would happily stay there again as Lexington is one of my favorite places to visit and this location can't be beat, especially if you enjoy the farm setting.

The place was clean! I honestly thought it was a 2 bedroom but that was my error. it’s a little hassle to find, but not the worst. Shanita was great at responding!

The place was exactly what we needed for our weekend. We were in town for a wedding and we found a great place to relax and get ready for the wedding. Or while family was able to be there and we had plenty of space. It was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Thanks for a great place!!

What an amazing place and host. Had a fantastic weekend, in a beautiful neighborhood in Lexington. The accommodations were spectacular, clean and neat. It was located in a great area on Chevy Chase. Walkable to great restaurants. The host was wonderful. Couldn’t ask for a better stay! I will stay here anytime it’s available when traveling to the Lexington area!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate a birthday than Craig’s charming spot in downtown Frankfort. Nestled amidst vibrant shops, eateries, and coffee spots, the location felt like home and brought back nostalgic memories with its historic charm. The convenience of being steps away from bourbon tastings and delightful confections added so much surprise and delight to our stay. Craig’s unique space was both cozy and serendipitous, making our celebration truly special. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable stay in Frankfort!

Had a wonderful stay. Perfect location to get around to all of the different places we wanted to visit. Sarah was very helpful with information on everything from the weather to local restaurants and establishments that might be of interest to us during our time here. It is a very comfortable and spacious apartment. Quiet area for good rest and relaxing. Definitely could see us booking with Sarah again when visiting the area.

Stayed here several times and never had a complaint. Sarah is a great host and would recommend staying here!
