It was a super quiet stay. Felipe was very helpful and proactive from the time of booking until checkout. The apartment is impeccable, with all that a person who will spend a season needs to feel at home with all the amenities. I was staying in one of the hottest weeks of the year, and the apartment features air-conditioning in the bedroom and living room, which made the atmosphere pleasant and welcoming at all times. I had to check in before the scheduled time, as well as a little later, and I arranged it in advance with Felipe, who promptly answered me. For sure will be my first choice when returning to Santa Maria. Thank you for the hospitality Felipe!

My stay was super quiet and cozy, the host always willing to help and giving a lot of information, very polite, the space is very good, it has a table for lunch/study, it has air conditioning, pans/dishes/cutlery, everything clean, tb smart, I really liked 🥹❤️❤️ God bless you.
